Różewko is the smallest village in the world. Evidence? There is only one farm here: ours. And around it, a plot of land so large that you can get lost in it for the whole day. You can get lost in: reading books in a hammock, sunbathing by the pool or picking fruit in the orchard. Our guests say that if you spend a weekend here, you rest like in a whole week.
My parents bought a former German farm several years ago. We will host you here in a renovated barn with cozy rooms full of nooks and crannies. Come to us, amateurs of doing nothing, fans of walks among blooming buckwheat, lovers of autumn mushroom picking. With a bit of luck, you'll find my blueberries in the summer, and you must know that I run a confectionery on a daily basis. With a little curiosity, you'll listen to my dad's stories about the bees he keeps, and even grab a jar of honey. We are waiting for you in a village where no one lives but us.
On the site of the former German farm in Różewko, there is a residential house and a renovated barn. My parents live in the house, and the guest rooms in the barn are for you. Last year, the building underwent renovation: all the interiors were designed and refreshed by me.
Are waiting for you:
- 1 room for 2 people with bathroom (gray),
- 1 2-room apartment (2 people each), connected by a living room with a kitchenette; Shared Bathroom,
- 1 room-studio for 4 people with a lounge, an annex and a bathroom with a bathtub,
- a shared kitchen for all our guests (better equipped than the annexes by the rooms), connected to the dining room.
The plot surrounding our houses is huge and we want you to enjoy it to the fullest. There is a lush garden here, a swimming pool, a greenhouse and even my dad's apiary. There is no shortage of nooks and crannies where you can hide for hours and forget about the rest of the world.
If you feel like talking, your parents will be happy to meet you and recommend nice places in the area. However, no one will impose yourself on you, because we know that you can prefer peace and privacy.
We offer our guests breakfast and afternoon tea included in the price of accommodation. My mother cooks deliciously, homely and locally - you will be satisfied. And when I'm there, I bring her confectionery support and for tea, maybe you will have the opportunity to try my sweets. In addition, we can offer you a second breakfast in the basket for PLN 20 (e.g. to take with you on a trip) and dinner for PLN 70.
We have our own vegetable garden and greenhouse, so for breakfast we will serve you what we grow in the season. My dad's passion is beekeeping and you can also taste honey from his apiary with us. It is tiny, for our home use, but if you like the honey, you will also be able to buy a jar from it.
And as for self-cooking - two of our rooms have kitchenettes, such for preparing simple meals. For more advanced cooking, we invite you downstairs to the communal kitchen combined with the dining room. You will definitely not miss anything there.
Here it is so that you could spend the whole holiday in Różewko. In our opinion, nothing is best done here, but an unhurried pink holiday can take many forms. We recommend especially:
- use our large garden, where you can lie down on the grass, swing in a hammock with a book or sunbathe on a deckchair and look at the clouds,
- practice morning yoga among the greenery,
- on warm days, splash in the pool (in the evenings you can also, by candlelight),
- listen about the life of bees, about which my father, who runs his small apiary, will be happy to tell you,
- play board games - they will be waiting for you,
- read books from our library,
- watch a good movie - we have a projector, deckchairs and various film propositions to choose from,
- sit by the evening bonfire, which we can light for you almost in any weather, because we have a special hut in the garden with a fireplace inside,
- go for a bike ride - because in the vicinity there are beautiful bicycle routes leading through picturesque areas.
Once you've charged your batteries, go explore West Pomerania. Interesting and varied attractions await you in the area:
- Słowiński Landscape Park with the Łącka and Czołpińska Dunes (we recommend it in the morning to avoid crowds), a historic lighthouse and a ghostly 3000-year-old forest on the beach,
- Museum of the Slovinian Village in the tiny village of Kluki in the park buffer zone; a yellow walking trail along the Łebsko shore also runs through Kluki,
- the archaeological reserve "Kręgi Kamienne" in Grzybnica - a graveyard of the Goths from the 1st-3rd century AD hidden in the forest, considered a place of power,
- the modernist church in Bialy Bor, designed by Jerzy Nowosielski, was built in 1992-97; it is a total work of the artist considered to be one of the icons of Polish architecture,
- Koszalin, the second largest city of Pomerania, with a historic post office building that looks like Hogwarts, an open-air museum of Jamno culture in a historic fishing farm and a modernist town hall with a clock in an interesting metalwork composition,
- The White Granary in Słupsk with the world's largest collection of works by ... Witkacy, who may have never even been to Słupsk and is definitely more associated with the mountains than with the sea - and here you are,
- Museum of Pomeranian Culture in Swołów, an open-air museum from the nineteenth / twentieth century with "checkered" houses, characteristic of Central Pomerania,
- Drawsko Landscape Park with its dozens of lakes, varied canoeing and bicycle routes and historic buildings (even from the 8th century, before the Christianization of Pomerania), among picturesque landscapes.
What’s there for children?
Moje Różewko is a place for adults who are thirsty for silence. We invite you here without pupils.
However, if you would like to rent the whole place in a group and there are kids in this group, we don't mind, because then you will be the only guests.
