In a flower meadow, in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, there are two cottages - a green one and a red one. We call them this way because of the colors of the door frames. Between the cottages: a young orchard, around: a view of the hills, in the cottages: young you, relaxing away from civilization. Do you see this? If not, we continue. You get up in the morning and drink your first coffee on a wooden terrace. You look at the valley surrounding you - and you already know that it is not boring, because it has as many colors as nature provides. Then go hiking, biking, cross-country skiing in winter, visiting nearby castles or caves. Or you don't go anywhere and don't visit anything, because compulsion has never been heard of here. Here you can take a breath, clear your head, and pick some cherries and apples from the orchard. Here, life goes on with the rhythm of nature.

At first there was only one cottage and we built it for ourselves. It was built on the model of Sudeten houses from the 19th century. Native Germans built these here. We really wanted the house to fit into the landscape and the ancient atmosphere of this land. We handed the matter over to Mr. Waldemar, a master carpenter and, as it later turned out, a connoisseur of opera music. Once it got going, we went a step further with an operatic flourish and decided to try roubenka no. 2. Because in the meantime, we felt that our piece of land in the Kłodzko Valley was a place that we wanted to share - even though at the beginning it was supposed to be just us. So come to us, because even though we would like to, we cannot convey the view from the windows of our cottages with photos. You have to see it with your own eyes.

Two of our cottages await you: green and red, located on 2 hectares of flower meadow. The houses are 97 m2 and 102 m2 and are ideal for groups of 6-7 people. We wanted the interiors to be simple and cozy. We decorated them with pearls from the flea market and handicrafts - and we did it with love. In the houses you will find a piece of the history and architecture of the region. Both cottages have a similar layout of rooms. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with 2 (green cottage) or 3 single beds (red cottage), with the option of folding them into one. There is also a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the ground floor, in the living room, there is a kitchenette, a large table, a space for relaxation with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs. Everyone will comfortably relax by the fireplace. A library with books and guides about the region awaits you here, there are also games and books for children. On the ground floor you will also find a second bathroom (with underfloor heating) and utility rooms, including one with a washing machine and dryer. Both cottages are electrically heated, with the option of air conditioning, and both have a fireplace with a heat outlet to the first floor.

Each cottage has its own covered terrace with hammock chairs, deckchairs and a table. Each also has a designated place for a bonfire.

The houses are located on the edge of the village, so you can bump into our neighbors. However, our plot is large enough to have plenty of privacy.

And Waliszów itself? For centuries, this German village was called Neu Waltersdorff. After World War II, incorporated into Poland, it became Nowy Waliszów. In 1946, the village was settled by Polish families, mostly from one town - Tarnawica Polna, currently in western Ukraine. Hence the memory of the Borderlands is so vivid and cultivated here. The 16th century church of St. Nicholas, as well as a complex of manor buildings with a park. During an hour's walk, you will discover numerous remains of Neu Waltersdorff buildings, including a mill and a lime kiln. A little further, on the road to Kamienna, stretch Pasterskie Skały, which, picturesque in themselves, also offer a beautiful view of the Upper Nysa Trench. It is also a great place for a picnic and a bonfire.

You will eat what you can prepare yourself. Each of our two huts is fully equipped. The large kitchenette has: a fridge (with a freezer), an induction hob, a dishwasher and a wealth of tableware and kitchenware. You can order from us: honey from our flower meadow and the surrounding area, homemade cakes and eggs from happy hens. You also don't have to worry about visiting the store right after your arrival. Rest with a cup of something good. Coffee, a selection of teas, spices, oil, sugar - these are the basics you will find in each of our cottages.

Hey, have you heard anyone ever get bored in Lower Silesia? This region has everything you need for a good rest, because both active and lovers of monuments and boredom connoisseurs will find something for themselves. And for this we love our Sudetes, and if you are not yet, the feeling will come soon.
If you just want to rest in peace, enjoy beautiful views and go for walks in the meadows - you will be satisfied. Relaxation in our huts can take place in a very slow mode, such as with morning meditation, long reading in a hammock and staring at the stars at night.

If you like to get tired - even better. We have great hiking, biking and cross-country ski routes here. We have caves, a waterfall, a mountain fortress and a lot of great monuments. We list our favorites below, but ask us about more, because we can talk about the attractions of Lower Silesia for hours.

CYCLING ROUTES AND SINGLE TRACKS
There are over 200 km of them and new ones are created every year. The nearest professional routes: "Konradów Biała Woda", "Via Karczmisko", "Międzygórze blue 3" and "Stronie Blue" - wind only 3-4 km from our cottages. Several short enduro routes of various difficulty levels, including those for 5-6-year-old children, are available in the summer season on the slopes of Czarna Góra, just 13 km from us.

Radochowska Cave (13 km from us)
One of the largest caves in the Sudetes, discovered in the 18th century. The tour takes place in the light of the headlamps, which you will receive together with the helmets. The 300-meter (approximately 40 min.) Route leads partly through tight gaps. The thrill of the ticket price!

Bear Cave (17 km from us)
One of the most beautiful (next to the Raj Cave) in Poland. It delights with its formations. A great trip for young and old. It is open all year round (in winter you can see sleeping bats). Next to the cave, the Earth Museum. We recommend booking in advance and buying tickets on-line. It is best to plan 2-3 days in advance.

Kłodzko and the Kłodzko Fortress with an underground tourist route (23 km from us)
Here you will learn about a soldier's life from 100, 200 or even 300 years ago. You will see bastions, field hospital, donjon and you will undergo rapid artillery training on one of the cannons. From the highest parts of the Fortress you will see the panorama of the city and the mountains. And since you will be in Kłodzko, it is worth visiting the market square with the Renaissance town hall surrounded by a wreath of historic tenement houses and a stroll along the 13th century Gothic Bridge.

Międzygórze and the Wilczki waterfall (25 km from us)
Picturesque Międzygórze is surrounded by forests and mountain streams of the Śnieżnik Landscape Park. The buildings in the village are rich in 19th-century Norwegian and Tyrolean pensions. The natural attraction of Międzygórze is the Wilczki waterfall, the second highest in the Sudetes. It was created on the line of a tectonic fault, where the Wilczka river falls from a height of 22 m to the boiler and continues along a narrow ravine. In the summer of 2018, the area around the waterfall underwent revitalization and is now easily accessible for everyone, at any time of the year and day (after dark with artificial lighting). If you decide to take a 30-minute walk, you will get to the Fairy Tale Garden or, heading towards the entrance to Międzygórze, to a dam, open to tourists.

Rafting on the Bardo gorge (26 km from us)
The Bardzki Gorge is a place where the Nysa Kłodzka crosses the Bardzkie Mountains, creating a rock valley 150 m deep. In 2010, a marina was established here, thanks to which you can admire the beauty of the area from a boat, kayak or pontoon. An exemplary 15-kilometer canoeing route from Ławica to Barda takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours.

Gold mine and mining settlement in Złoty Stok (30 km from us)
An ideal attraction for families with children. The standard route for visiting the Mine includes: Gertrude and Czarna Adit (with an underground waterfall), Death Walkway and an underground train ride. Osada Górnicza is nothing more than a medieval technology park full of tools and devices activated by the force of hands and feet. For the youngest, it is learning through play. What more could you want?

Sanctuary in Wambierzyce (37 km from us)
An impressive Renaissance basilica with monumental stone stairs leading to its entrance. The facade of the temple is over 50 meters high, and its baroque interior hides many monuments of sacred art.

It all depends on your invention and the will of the progeny.
