How you live and relax here is in the name. A visit with us is a matter for practical hedonists - those who organize themselves while away, but don't think about giving up recreation. And we have this one for you in the form of two saunas, a tub with a jacuzzi, hammocks and comfortable interiors. Only here and now there is not only a yacht, but if you want, we can rent it for you. And as if you can go on a trip from here, because there are trails to explore, a reserve with a quarry behind a fence, and Solina within a short trip ... but you can just happen that it will not happen.

The whole place is for your exclusive use and for your fun. We built the house on a mountain slope and made large windows for it so as not to miss a half view of the Bieszczady Mountains. We can see the views at all - in the garden we have also built a gazebo with a glass roof for sitting at night drinking wine and observing the sky. And the Bieszczady region, covered by the Starry Sky Park, is protected. After such noisy nights, it's just a hops on the armchair, with a book or a podcast in your ears, or in the tub, sitting in the bubbles. Take this pleasure and just come to us. We invite you to a house in the Bieszczady Mountains, where life here and now has the highest priority on the list of tasks to be ticked off. This is a place created for practical hedonists - those who like to organize their own holidays, but willingly use life's amenities: sauna, hot tub or hammocks.

Our house has 220 m² and can accommodate 13 people. There are 5 rooms, so come with a group of friends or two or three friendly families. Please note that we do not accept integration trips.

The rooms in the house are:
– living room on the ground floor (fireplace, 2 sofas, 55" smart TV),
– kitchen with dining room on the ground floor,
– room 1 (large double bed)
– room 2 (large double bed and fold-out bed for 1 person)
– room 3 (2 single beds that can be joined)
– room 4 (2 single beds that can be joined, 2 fold-out beds)
– room 5 (2 single beds that can be joined)
– sauna and 2 bathrooms (the bathroom on the ground floor is adapted for people with disabilities).

Technical issues: each room has its own TV.
There is central heating in the house.

The area around the house is large, 12 ares, and you can relax there in various ways. There is a terrace with relaxation, hammocks, a lawn for playing and swings for children. In the hedonism zone there is a hot tub with a jacuzzi and a sauna (additionally paid: PLN 100 per day). But we are most proud of our gazebo with a glass roof and we have a feeling that you will like it too. We are located in the Starry Sky Park, which means that our Bieszczady sky is protected from light pollution and you can see the stars beautifully. So at night you can protect yourself from the wind and sit there, observing the star constellations.

Please note: we are not in a remote area or countryside. The house is located on a mountain slope, where there are also other holiday homes. The plot is large, it's not crowded, so it's not like you'll get in each other's way with other guests. But someone can relax behind the fence. In front, the area is undeveloped and there is a view of the space.

You can prepare your own meals with us, because the house Only here and now is only for you. We have a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen where cooking is pleasant - especially if you like to do it and you don't have time on a daily basis. We also have an outdoor summer kitchen for grilling. And we advise you: on warm days, it is best to eat in our outdoor gazebo, under a glass roof - it will be so good for you that dinner may be extended until late at night, and breakfast can be finished just before lunch.

With visits to us, it is like this: you will probably have ambitious plans, a desire to go on a few trips, legs ready to go down the mountain trails - after all, you dropped everything and came to the Bieszczady Mountains - or maybe you won't go anywhere. At least that's what our guests say.

We have comfortable beds for you, where you can sleep until noon, a few home corners where you can hide with a book for the afternoon and large TVs in each room. We have a complete set of board games for players or aspiring players. In addition, a space to spend time together in the garden and on the terrace. There is an infrared sauna in the house, and outside sauna No. 2 and a tub with a jacuzzi function. It is most pleasant to relax in them in the evenings or on winter days, when the outside temperature is below zero.

In our gazebo with a glass roof there is a built-in grill, which you will probably use more than once. We know from our own experience that time spent with your favorite people at the table warms you up from the inside better than a grilled sausage.

However, if you are determined enough to leave home comforts, we can recommend you a few places. Our Bieszczady Mountains are beautiful and there is a reason why everyone wants to escape into them. Below are ideas that you can use, and many more you will find at home. We have compiled a list of our recommendations in the region and published it in the form of a booklet for our guests, which will be waiting for you.

- We are located a stone's throw from the Gołoborze nature reserve. A beautiful old forest grows there, you can see the quarry, diverse, protected vegetation and listen to the silence, because the reserve is not crowded.
- You are close to the Solińskie Lake from our house. You can meet a lot of tourists there in high season, but it's a picturesque lake worth seeing. Due to the windy conditions (high altitude), it is suitable for sailing and kitesurfing. There are many captivating hiking and biking trails around the lake.
- For a sense of freedom and looking into space, we send you to Połoninki Arłamowskie. It is an unknown part of the Dry Obycz Massif - and good, because it is wild, quiet and delightful.
- If we were you, we would also see raised bogs in the Upper San Depression. Educational paths lead through them, the views do the job and there are rare species of plants and animals (but there are also beavers, which are just as enjoyable to see).

Kids always live only here and now, but they will also need a solid dose of rest in the Bieszczady Mountains. Our house is just right for a family or multi-family trip, and you can easily organize a holiday here for the youngest, which you can talk about for a long time to your friends.

Activities can include garden romping, rocking in hammocks, forest adventure hikes, and winter sleigh rides. We also have a modest playground. In addition, you can go on a trip, for example, by the Bieszczady Forest Railway or visit alpacas living nearby.
