It's not often that you arrive at a completely unknown place and know that you simply have to stay HERE. But it happened to Andrejka. The beautiful house, which used to be a bakery in the past, was completed by the clever owner with 2 cozy mini-houses. It is quiet all around, and doe and hares also come here to pump up their energy from the nearby meadow.

The large, grassy plot is full of picturesque nooks and crannies and tempts you to adventure. Majestic trees provide shelter for all weary minds. Sit under them, let the stray sun rays tickle your face and listen to the silence. Then you might even hear the stones talking.

When I first saw this place, I knew immediately that it was the place for me. I am a bit of a stressor by nature and it was incredible to watch how this magical garden worked wonders for me. TINY HOUSE "ON THE ROCKS"

A classic mini-house hidden among the trees, furnished in an energetic exotic style. The house has a private bathroom with a shower and a flushing toilet. The 160 cm wide double bed comfortably sleeps 2 adults. You can relax at the table, outside on a bench, or in the meadow in our hectare garden or in the hot tub and watch the stars all night

LUXURY TINY HOUSE "BLUE BEAUTY"

The spacious caravan can reliably accommodate 2 adults and a baby. The interior is elegant and the view is especially beautiful from the round window above the bed. You can relax on a romantic ottoman, outside on a bench, on the steps or in a wonderful hot tub, or in the meadow..

ACCOMMODATION WITH A GARDEN

Our hectare eco garden/mini park with many trees and shrubs invites you to relax under a blooming cherry tree or in a wild meadow to lie down lazily with a blade of grass in the corner of your mouth and watch the clouds.

Both caravans have a well-equipped kitchenette, dining table and outdoor seating. There is also a fireplace in the garden, or we can lend you a grill. Because what would a warm summer evening be without the smell of roast sausages, meat and vegetables, right? You can stop by the Machač farm in Chřibská for meat. Matured Hereford beef, lamb and mutton in organic quality are also sold as a mobile shop.

Upon request, we can bring you a pampered, healthy breakfast to bed for an additional fee.

If you like goat cheese, I definitely recommend a visit to the Žofín goat farm, which is about 13 kilometers away from us. From March to August, fresh goat milk and flavored and unflavored (traditionally made) goat cheeses are sold here. And if you're lucky, they'll even find a few fresh eggs for you.

We have an ideal location for all lovers of natural beauty. We are located on the border of the Bohemian Switzerland, Elbe Sandstone and Lusatian Mountains National Parks. Every day you can set out to discover a different natural gem of our country.

Our property is located in a semi-secluded area near the forest at Vlčí hora. When you reach its peak, you will be rewarded with a beautiful view from the brick lookout tower from 1889. You cannot get lost if you set off on the Kögler nature trail. You cannot rely on a compass during the hike. The mountain is a former volcano and there is a magnet at its peak that will reliably drive the compass needle crazy.

On the way to the summit, refresh yourself at Verunčina studánka, which is said to have healing effects. You will rest here by the wall of basalt organs, which resemble the nearby Panská skála from the fairy tale The Proud Princess. You can go there too, but it's a much busier place in terms of tourists.

WINTER IN BOHEMIAN SWITZERLAND

If you come wearing gloves, beanies and red noses, I definitely recommend you go and discover the Brtnice Ice Falls. The circuit, which is well marked in winter, leads from icefall to icefall, so you can reach the Great and Small Cascades, the dark orange (!) Curtain and the Great Ice Column, which can grow to a truly impressive size.

Go skiing at the Horní Podluží Ski Resort with 3 slopes and the possibility of night skiing. This is a nice family resort. The Jedlová Ski Resort will especially please snowboarders, because in addition to 2 slopes, you will also find a snow park. In good snow conditions, you can jump onto the cross-country ski trail right behind the house.

SUMMER IN BOSCH SWITZERLAND

In summer, it is definitely worth taking a bike with you. You will sweat a lot on the hilly terrain of Bohemian Switzerland, but you will also see a lot. You can park your bike here without any problems when you are indulging in some well-deserved relaxation. Those who do not mind the smell of bikes will be pleased by the dense network of hiking trails.

You can cool off in the beautiful flooded quarry in nearby Mikulášovice or the newly reconstructed dam in Kyjov or the more distant Obersdorfer see in Germany or in Bad Schandau, a beautiful spa just across the border.

One of my favorite trips leads to Krásná Lípa with a stop at Kamenná Horka. There, in addition to beautiful viewpoints, there is also a self-service meadow bar where you can refresh yourself along the way, while still maintaining contact with nature. You can choose the route yourself or let the Kögler Nature Trail, which is the oldest nature trail in Bohemia, be guided. The route is 22 kilometers long and has 39 stops.

In Krásná Lípa, admire the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, the U Frinda house on Křinické náměstí and several dozen listed rural and town houses and villas
