If, like Stas and Nell, you long for peace and blissful peace, a drop of water in the ending "In the desert and in the wilderness", we will not let you dry out of your thirst. Especially you, dear residents of the capital city of Warsaw, standing in traffic jams and poked in the subway. 40 minutes from the capital, which is a little longer than taking a bus from Mokotów to Praga Północ, is a sanctuary. Among tall trees, with a cozy interior and an outdoor swimming pool. With the swimming pool, we repeat, as in Miami, yet in the forest and 35 km from Warsaw. There is also a wooden terrace. On it, a couch to rely on and stare at the clouds, optionally reading books or listening to podcasts. And that is all, and no more is needed. Just come over the weekend and get a reset from all over the world.
You will restore the factory settings in a 60-meter house with a large garden, standing on a plot in a pine forest. We built it in the village of Ludwinów, 35 km from Warsaw.
On the ground floor of the cottage there is a living room with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a goat where you can smoke in the evenings, and a kitchen with a dining area. There is also a bathroom with a shower. At the top we have two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Outside, there is a wooden terrace with a table, chairs and a daybed, there is a barbecue, there are hammocks and sun loungers by the pool. The plot is fenced and there is a forest right next to it. We live behind the fence, there is also a second house for rent within our hectare area. However, we operate here in such a way that we give you a lot of privacy and we would ask you to do the same. Of course, if you need our help, you will always get it.
Our farm has a large swimming pool (4x8 m, depth: 1.6 m). It is available to our guests and us, so please take into account that the swimming pool will not be your exclusive use.
We value peace and quiet here, and people who have similar experiences will feel good with us. We invite you to a blissful holiday in harmony with nature, but not to parties by the pool. We will also ask you not to use the sound equipment in the garden, so that everyone in the area can enjoy the silence.
NOTE: our dog does not accept other males. So we can accept you with dogs only if they are bitches.
We do not provide meals, you will cook yourself in the cottage. We have a coffee maker for coffee. There is no oven or microwave in the kitchen, there is a dishwasher. During the season, a barbecue is waiting for you, and meals taste best when eaten in the sun on the terrace.
We tried to create a place where you will be bored on your way. Boredom is blissful when it is celebrated on a deckchair by the pool, on a walk in the forest or sitting on the terrace and not having to move anywhere. In the cottage, we have a library for you, from which you can choose your afternoon reading, and a TV set.
Behind the cottage, nature has forest paths and bicycle routes for you, so if you like relaxing in traffic, but not overstrain, you will be nice here. You can walk in the woods for hours without meeting anyone. In the fall it is full of mushrooms.
We are located near the Bug backwaters. There are beautiful meadows by the Bug river, there is peace, you can spread out with a blanket and spend half a day by the water. The Kuligów backwaters will captivate you with their wild nature. You can watch the birds, go kayaking or go fishing.
In addition, you can go to:
- Open-air museum in Kuligów - here you will see wooden huts from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries and family mementos of the founder, Mr. Wojciech. You can also take part in culinary or ceramic workshops.
- Szumina - the famous house of Zofia and Oskar Hansen, architects, is located in this seaside resort on the Bug. The town itself is beautifully situated, and walking along the slopes along the river is very exciting. To see the architects' house entered on the Iconic Houses list, you have to register online.
- The Palace in Ślężany - this is a historic palace from 1880. It is surrounded by a vast park with an over 100-year-old oak. Today, unfortunately, it is a closed facility, but fans of palace architecture will probably be happy to take a look.
- Na Morzowisko Mostówka - one of the largest moors in Poland. It was created after a fire in '93, which consumed a large part of the forests, but at the same time caused a very strong expansion of heathers. It has over 400 hectares!

What’s there for children?
You can come with kids, but please bear in mind that we do not have specially prepared attractions for them here. In addition, the stairs to the mezzanine are steep, and there is also a swimming pool over which you will have to keep an eye on your charges. Therefore, it only makes sense to come with an elderly company. If you decide - there is a large garden, a forest behind a fence, and close to nature. You can look for squirrels in the forest, build a shelter or look for birds on the Bug River.
What’s there for employees?
In the living room there are several work places to choose from: a comfortable sofa, armchairs with a coffee table and a desk. In the kitchen you can use a table with four chairs. On warm days, it is worth taking in fresh air while working on the terrace at the table, in a hammock or a sun lounger by the pool. After work, it's time for a well-deserved rest. A couch-bed comes to the rescue, on which you can lie down admiring the trees swaying above you.
