Welcome to the region of the just bandit Ondráš, who was born in nearby Janovice. The most famous Silesian bandit ran with his retinue through the forests, which you will walk through here. Although he himself came from one of the richest peasant families, he focused his savagery and energy on combating oppression and lords' injustices against the common people. Or so local legends remember him.
Legends are attributed to him by two pistols from the witch Hana, who never missed a target, and immortality. It is said that only his own Wallachian (baton) could kill him. Even for these mysterious qualities, he became the leader of a bandit group. And they would certainly be robbing merrily to this day (as is often the case in fairy tales), if Dorotka, a pub daughter who both Ondráš and his friend Juráš had thought about, hadn't gotten involved in. And it was jealousy that she put Ondráš's baton in Juráš's hand and it was after the legend.
We do not have any evidence that Ondráš would walk through our garden, but it is possible. So if you want advice on how to deal with an old wrong, go to the woods and deal with the spirit of a wild bandit. And maybe you'll trip over his treasure along the way.
Two cottages in one garden. One timbered, the other brick, one spacious, the other cozy… but both lovingly and enthusiastically renovated to reflect their history and bliss.
WOODEN COTTAGE WITH 2 BEDROOMS
On the ground floor, a spacious living room with kitchenette, dining table and 2 single beds awaits you. Sit together by the fireplace and enjoy a rich breakfast and beautiful family evenings. On the ground floor you will also find a modern bathroom with toilet and shower, which we have arranged so that its decor reminds of times long past.
Upstairs, with steep stairs, you will find 2 bedrooms. In one there is a double bed and a cot, in the other a spacious bed for 3 and a cot (if necessary). Upstairs there is also a cozy children's corner with wooden toys that will awaken nostalgia in you. Therefore, for the safety of children, the staircase is equipped with a safety barrier.
WALLED COTTAGE
The basis of the house is a room in which time has stopped. Although not quite. Our grandmothers certainly don't remember such comfortable mattresses and they certainly didn't drink espresso from a lever coffee machine. However, painted furniture, Chod ceramics and a classic stove would remember that. In the living room, in addition to the kitchenette and dining table, there is enough space for a comfortable single bed. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom with bath and toilet.
In the attic there is a double bed for two in the immediate vicinity of a single bed. Three of you sleep here quite comfortably. The stairs lead steeply to the attic, so anyone who overdoes it with an evening glass of wine can sleep downstairs. The only disadvantage compared to the log cabin is the water, which does not flow from the tap for drinking, but utility. But all you have to do is overcook it and everything is as it should be.
COTTAGES WITH A GARDEN
Both cottages are located on the same plot, in one fenced garden. There is also an orchard and a nice barbecue area. Each cottage also has its own sitting area, if you do not know the inhabitants of the other house. But children will definitely make friends very quickly - an outdoor playground with a house, a swing, a slide and a sandpit will come in handy.
Each cottage has its own kitchen, which includes an antique, carved dining table with a tripod and beautiful decorative chairs. But even if you look at the room over time, the kitchen equipment will undoubtedly bring you back to the present. You will find an electric kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator and two-burner stove.
Whoever gets up can drink their morning coffee alone on the doorstep. Absolute calm, occasionally interwoven with birdsong, is the best guide for a beautiful morning. Each cottage has its own seating area for this purpose.
There is also a barbecue and a fireplace in the shared garden, as well as a covered outdoor seating area. If you want, we can prepare a basket of local products that will be useful for both breakfast and evening barbecue. Just let us know in advance and we will take care of you.

We are ready for families. Separate rooms, common rooms, children's corner, outdoor playground, private sitting at each cottage and shared sitting and barbecue in the garden… In our vicinity there are quiet forests for beautiful walks. You can also visit several waterfalls, which are located around our cottages.
Definitely do not miss Satin Falls. They are located in a deep rock gorge and are completely "taken out of the context" of the entire Beskydy Mountains. You will find yourself in a vivid memory of the forests that used to cover the entire Beskydy Mountains. The sun's rays shine through the dense beech branches and draw mesmerizing mandalas on the roaring water. Throughout the year, it is much colder than in the area, which you will appreciate especially in the hot summer.

Children will enjoy the garden, where, in addition to plenty of free space, they also have a beautiful playground with a house, a sandpit, a swing and a slide. On the floor of the log cabin you will find a children's corner with beautiful wooden toys. There are security features in the house and we will be happy to lend you a cot, bath or cradle.
The Beskydy Mountains are an endless network of beautiful walks and views. With children, even those toddlers, you can discover beautiful nature on the children's bear trails. 6 routes of different levels of difficulty will also suit parents with a pram.
