We offer you an area of 2.5 hectares, mostly sloping, with a large area of meadows and a piece of forest. Our house is partially based on a slope in such a way as to enjoy the eye with an unobstructed view of the Karkonosze panorama. The house has a unique floor plan: a 60-meter living room with kitchen and dining area is upstairs, and 3 bedrooms are downstairs. As soon as you wake up, you can go out to the lower terrace. Comfortable sun loungers await you there. For coffee connoisseurs in the morning there is a 30-meter terrace at the top, tempting with seat-bags. All 3 bedrooms are double. We also have 3 bathrooms, including one with a bathtub. Two rooms have a double bed 160 x 200 cm, in the third - two beds 90 x 200 cm, which can be joined if necessary. There is satellite TV in the living room and 2 bedrooms - but no viewing obligation. The interiors are decorated in earthy tones, because they are conducive to tranquility and relaxation, and the furniture is entirely custom-made. It is comfortable and functional: the rooms are full of practical solutions and storage places, so that you can relax in clean, aesthetic spaces. We have air conditioning, exterior blinds and blackout curtains. The house is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system and infrared ceiling heating, which increases the comfort of allergy sufferers and people with upper respiratory tract disorders. Upon arrival, you will find disposable bathrobes and slippers, and a full hygiene package for the forgetful. We have a parking lot for four cars in our fenced area. The habitat is surrounded by mountains - the Karkonosze Mountains in the south, the Rudawy Janowickie Mountains in the east and the Izerskie Mountains in the west, and lies on the edge of the village of Mysłakowice, in the Valley of Palaces and Gardens, in the Jelenia Góra Valley. We are surrounded by areas of extraordinary beauty, discovering which will give you a lot of pleasure. On our large plot, apart from a meadow and a piece of our own forest, we have an orchard and a greengrocer planted this year. You will make a bonfire and barbecue with us. You will relax on the terraces with deckchairs and pouffes. Take advantage and enjoy the moments of comfortable rest.

You cook with us yourself - a fully equipped, spacious kitchen with an island that connects to the table. If you like cooking, you'll love it. The kitchen and dining space was created with such moments in mind. You can try new flavors together and spend long evenings at the table. At your disposal are: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, automatic coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishes and cutlery with cutlery and kitchen accessories, basic food, spices. And if you want to eat something outside your home, we recommend a few places. They feed well in the Aquakultura restaurant, and an additional attraction of this place is a terrace suspended over a pond overlooking the mountains. For a more refined dinner, you can go to the Staniszów Palace - even on foot. And the restaurant of the Hotel Seidorf is a good place for a gala dinner or even a coffee on the large terrace with a beautiful view of the Sosnówka Lagoon and the Karkonosze Mountains.

Sometimes you have to allow yourself to be bored - it triggers creativity - and this is the place where she happens to visit. It was created to take a break from the busy everyday life here, slow down and make some space in your head. For this to happen, we recommend: in spring and summer, relax on deckchairs or a hammock, lie in the grass, explore the area on foot or by bike, in winter, go sledging on our plot or go skiing to Karpacz, a few kilometers away, or cross-country skiing to Jakuszyce, located further, with well-prepared routes, and in autumn to visit the surrounding palaces and castles, eat delicious dinners with friends or family, play board games by the fireplace and read books. A stay in Lower Silesia, however, has the characteristic that you don't have to be bored here. There are countless places worth visiting in our region. Lovers of culture and monuments will be satisfied, active, delighted will be those who crave contact with nature. Here are the best commands: - We highly recommend a trip to Rudawy Janowickie - it is one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in the Sudetes, and less crowded than the Karkonosze Mountains. It's a mix of nature, history and sports. It is here that numerous forest paths intertwine with rocks with viewpoints and architectural monuments; - It is worth going to the Kamienna Góra Basin, the highest located in the Sudetes, and starting the trip from the Głazy Krasnoludków Nature Reserve in Gorzeszów, where you can admire magnificent rock formations during the forest walk. Hence, it is close to the Weavers' Houses in Chełmsko Śląskie, where you can buy linen products and listen to the stories of the history of this place and the area over coffee. If you have enough time and energy, visit the Cistercian Abbey in Krzeszów - the European Pearl of the Baroque, where in summer, apart from exceptional sacred art, you can listen to organ concerts played on organs considered by many to be the best preserved baroque organs in this part of Europe; - Do not forget that we are in the Valley of Palaces and Gardens. Those bustling with life and those in ruins - from the fairy-tale Wojanów to the scary Beavers. Each of them is worth seeing. - Every year, our village hosts the John Cage Mushrooming Festival, organized at the beginning of September by neighbors from Czerwony Dworek 8. The meeting is inspired by the life and creative strategies of John Cage. Its main point is a forest walk - mushroom picking combined with discovering the forest. There are mushrooms, of course, but also artistic installations, lectures, meetings with artists, sound activities and performances. Each edition has its own theme. We also recommend: - see Śnieżne Kotły, i.e. two twin glacial cauldrons, on the slopes of which grow daphne's laurel, alpine spread and tiny primrose, - visit the Úpa bog - because you may not know that the springs are located near the Úpa and Biała Łapa rivers, and the bog itself resembles a sub-arctic tundra, - take a walk along the charming, wild route of the Czarny Kocioł Jagnitkowski and check if the Wandering Stone there really wanders somewhere.
