Travelers with a zest for life, kayaking enthusiasts, and explorers of off-the-beaten-path trails far from the crowds. We invite you all. Those who come to us with their bikes to explore the Suwałki Landscape Park and improve their fitness on the surrounding hills. And also those who dream of being left alone.

We offer you a whole house overlooking Rospuda Lake for your vacation. A house for relaxing on the terrace, communal bonfires, a private jetty, and sipping wine in the hot tub.

While some are swimming, others can watch the beavers on the footbridge or nap on the sofa in the living room. You can even get lost on the hectare-long plot. As a group, be sure to head up the hill between Rospuda and Lake Wysokie. The fabulous views and strawberries straight from the bush are included. Rest assured – we won't inadvertently disturb your few days.

Forget about appetite suppressants. Just come to the Asylum.

In a house where simplicity and natural materials reign supreme. Open to the space and unobstructed by the views, the green of the Suwałki hills and the blue of the lake are the best decoration of the Azyl. Therefore, from every upstairs bedroom and the large living room, you can admire the Rospuda River and the forests.

At your disposal are a spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, four double bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three on the first floor), two bathrooms (downstairs with a shower, upstairs with a bathtub), a washing machine, and a large terrace overlooking the lake. The house can accommodate 8 people. Towels, bed linen, and bathrobes are provided in the rooms.

If you would like to travel with a group of 10, we can also provide you with a smaller house on the same plot for an additional fee. The house is designed for 2 people. It has a bedroom upstairs, and on the ground floor: a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The small house is available only as an "extra" to the larger house. (Additional meals are not available.)

Around the house is a hectare of fenced meadow – exclusively for your use – and a private shoreline with a pier, pedal boat, boat, and kayaks. We also have a hot tub in the garden for you to admire the most starry sky we've ever seen, right after dark.

Please note: Due to circumstances beyond our control (health), we will not be able to offer on-site dining in the 2026 season. We'll leave you with cupboards stocked with pots, pans, and plates, as well as modern appliances. There's an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, blender, toaster—in short, everything the master chef could desire. You're in charge of the kitchen and the entire property. We're not on-site.

The choice is yours. We are visited by guests who cannot sit still, and there are those who only dream of not moving anywhere.

- There is your own shore of Lake Rospuda, and a morning walk there takes less than a minute! On the shore there is a floating pier in the shade of trees and a footbridge from which you can observe what the beavers are doing in the pool.
- Water equipment is waiting for you at the lake: 4 kayaks (two double and two single), a 4-person pedal boat and a fishing boat.
- There are also two bicycles on site to explore the rugged area from the saddle position, and badminton rackets.
- In the evening, under the starry sky, we recommend bathing in a heated wooden tub with a jacuzzi function. Right next to it, there is a screen and hooks for bathrobes.
- In the evening, it's time to light a fire and tell each other stories from childhood summer camps.
- A 15-minute walk from the house there is a viewing point between Lake Rospuda and Wysokie. One lake is located lower, the other higher, and they have different colors. It looks phenomenal. There is a stream flowing between the lakes, which makes the landscape even more bucolic.

Children will certainly appreciate the availability of kayaks, a pedal boat, ample space to run around, and the opportunity to mingle with the locals. You can count on visits from curious cats and deer behind the fence. If you're lucky, you might even spot a beaver. ;)

In one of the bedrooms on the first floor you will find a desk where you can comfortably work after your morning coffee. There is a portable and wireless router at home, and the Internet has a pretty decent speed.
