Quick check
We came to Warmia 30 years ago behind the Węgajty Theater. We wandered around a bit, looking for our own place, until we wandered to a hill in Nowy Kawkowo. First, the house we live in today was brought here - it was transferred from Podhale on our own. And recently a second one was standing next to it, this time for the guests. We went to pick him up in Podlasie, which we had wandered a lot before during our theatrical trips. We saw this landscape, these houses, and we just felt that one of them was ours.
Various threads intertwined on this Warmian mound. Krakow, Kiev, Podhale, Podlasie ... Together they created a unique whole, like tatting, lace jewelry. For this jewelry, the soul of an old house and the artistic atmosphere of the Polish countryside, we invite you to Koronczarnia.
He will welcome you with all his heart.

Monika Paśnik-Petryczenko and Serhij Petrychenko - we are musicians, actors, culture animators. For years, we have been dealing with medieval theater as well as traditional music and dances from various parts of Europe. We operate in the international team of Schola Węgajty, we run artistic and research projects.
30 years ago we came to Warmia from Krakow and Kiev and bought a hill - an empty field with nothing but stones plowed by the previous owner.
Over the years, we have learned everything we need to create our place here. We blended into this piece of the world, penetrated the landscape, listened to its rhythm.
Today, in addition to playing medieval instruments, we know how to move wooden houses, renovate and putty old windows, cultivate a permaculture garden, build from clay, straw and surrounding brushwood, plaster with clay dug up in the yard, create unique handicrafts - we have learned many wonderful arts from this place.
