Mroga

Where we are, there used to be a settlement. And this fact certainly influences the extraordinary atmosphere and energy of the Mroga surroundings. It is complemented by a natural spring that springs right next to us and feeds the nearby ponds. The village of Koziołki is located 30 minutes from Łódź, 50 minutes from Warsaw, 2 hours from Poznań and Toruń, and from Wrocław you can get here in 2.5 hours. Mroga is located in the middle of nowhere, in the wilderness, among fields and forests. Your closest neighbours will be hares, deer, various birds, and frogs. The 35-meter cottage will comfortably accommodate 4 people. There are two bedrooms. The one on the mezzanine is equipped with a hotel mattress 160 cm wide. Ideal for two people, although we also chose this width with the little tenants in mind, who like to sleep with their parents. The second bedroom is a separate room downstairs. The bed also has a double mattress, this time 130 cm wide. The bedding is white, and there are also bathrobes to make you feel pampered. An additional place to sleep for two people is offered by a sofa bed in the living room (150 cm wide). Downstairs there is a living room with a stove, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom. The latter has a heated floor. We have organized the space so that you can also work comfortably here. We want you to feel at home on Mroda. So we have combined communion with nature with comfort and various amenities. We have also focused on uniqueness and locality. We did everything we could ourselves. The result is tables and a sauna - the work of our hands! And when we couldn't do it ourselves - we contacted friendly local specialists. The interior will surprise you with wooden furniture, additions and accessories. We even have decorative leather. And the wall made of milled leaf plywood is our pride. Outside, you will find not only a terrace, which is recommended as a place to celebrate meals and relax, but also a sauna and a tub with spring water. You will also find a fireplace on Mrodzia. Deckchairs are also waiting by the sauna, and a hammock hangs among the trees. We will be happy to accommodate your four-legged friend, we only inform you that the plot is not fenced, there are ponds nearby, and there are many forest animals around.

The climate that prevails here and the fresh air stimulate the appetite and give rise to the desire for culinary experiments. We love to cook and we do it with pleasure, especially when we spend time in Mroga. We encourage you to do the same! The kitchen is fully equipped and we have tried to make sure that you do not miss anything here. You will find spices (also a mixture prepared by us) that will diversify your dishes, to drink - tea, coffee or cocoa. There's also a collection of cookbooks to help you unleash your culinary potential. Grab your favorite ingredients and get to work! And if you get hungry and don't feel like cooking ----> In Mrogowa's offer, various dishes are waiting for you, prepared by the Lodz-based company "Weowania". Łódź flood soup, bolognese sauce, turkey meatballs, hummus, various spreads or preserves (as well as many others) Take only bread, pasta, groats, rice, whatever you like :) And when the delicacies are ready - we recommend enjoying them on the terrace overlooking the ponds. There is also a grill at your disposal, and a fireplace on the plot. If the weather plays a trick, meals taste just as good in the dining room.

'Czasoumilaczy' on Mroda we have prepared for you in abundance, although we admit that the Frosty view, silence and nature are the biggest attraction here. Here is our recommendation list: - on Mroga you will relax in a tub filled with water with health-promoting properties (this is deep water rich in iron, which has a relaxing and nourishing effect on the body), - warm up in the sauna with a view of the forest and ponds, and then relax on the sun loungers right next to it. - use the hearth to enjoy the charm of a bonfire, - relax lazily swinging in a hammock hanging on the edge of the forest, - give reading (in the house you will find various books and albums) - take advantage of a variety of games and activities perfect for those big and small - on cooler days, light a fire in the fireplace. Let it be not only warm, but also cozy. Sew yourself into a cottage and enjoy the moment... *If you feel the desire to go on a further adventure - the area is full of numerous attractions: – We are located in the valley of the Mroga River, in the buffer zone of the Lodz Hills Landscape Park. You can walk, run and bike as much as you want! – About 10 kilometers from us, in Głowno, there is Central Wake Park. It is one of the largest and best equipped wake parks in Poland. In addition to water madness, various events are organized there in the summer season. On its premises there is also a playground, a rope park, water bikes, and a skatepark and a food court with a bar where you can grab a bite to eat and quench your thirst. There is a small beach right next to it. – In Rogów (about 10 km from Mroga) there is a railway line of the historic Narrow-Gauge Railway. A ride on it is a great adventure for both children and adults. In Rogów you will also find an Arboretum in the nature of a forest park with a dendrological garden, rock garden (presenting mountain plants) and forest experimental areas.
