In the Middle Ages, Kamionek Wielki was known for an inn and a group of bandits who visited it willingly, and according to the surviving records, commonly. At that time, the village was part of Elbląg, 13 kilometers away. There was a watermill here, a brickyard and a fishing port. Then came the influx of settlers from the Netherlands and Germany, followed by the cultivation of cherry orchards. I came here many years later. Small steps led me to Kamionek, skills collected along the way and the use of the right moment, which, as usually happens, appeared by complete accident. A few words entered into the search engine by my dad brought me a house that the previous owners had built on the foundations of an old one, an ancient ash tree growing in front of it, and a garden made of heart. Together with my husband, who appeared in my life a moment later, we only had to prepare the interiors and make sure that our habitat would allow us to stop for a moment, get closer to ourselves and to each other.

We have managed to create a place that guests sometimes write reviews about during their stay. We are grateful for every sigh of delight, because we are in it ourselves. We admire the deer seen from the window in the morning, the stories we share together by the fire and the beauty of the Elbląg Upland, whose areas are still completely undiscovered. We share what brings inner balance: a simple, healthy meal, blissful relaxation in the sauna, tension-relieving massage, learning biodanza called the dance of life or concerts with the participation of Tibetan bowls and a gong. Our heads are open to experience and development, and 7 of our rooms are waiting for 19 people who crave peace and relaxation. The house is also available exclusively for a group of 30 people who can use the spacious room for workshops and meetings. You can hide in our garden full of nooks and crannies, take a bath in the pond and feel completely at home.

Our home, created to bring people closer together, is located near Elbląg, on the Bay of Elbląg, within the Elbląg Upland Landscape Park.

The house is 650 m² and sits on a hill. We live in a separate section, and we have space for up to 30 people. We offer two rental options: room-by-room or the entire house, perfect for those with a larger group, planning a family reunion, or organizing workshops. We serve vegetarian or vegan breakfasts, and we have a charming garden with a pond, filled with paths and greenery. For complete relaxation, we offer a sauna, hot tub, and massage services.

We have seven upstairs rooms (each with its own bathroom), each with 17 beds. Additionally, the attic offers two additional rooms, a lounge area, and two additional beds in the common area, for a total of nine additional beds. We also have a wooden cabin and mobile homes that can accommodate an additional 8 people.

Rooms:
– Sea and Meadow have balconies and two single beds (90 cm) that can be combined into one.
– Forest has three or four single beds (80 cm).
– Garden has one double bed (140 cm) and a desk.
– Stones, Lagoon, and Sun have three single beds (90 cm), two of which can be combined into one.
- We also have two attic rooms: Boho has three single beds (80 cm), two of which can be combined into one. Heaven has four single beds (80 cm), two of which can be combined into one. Both rooms have private bathrooms outside the room.
- Additionally, there is a wooden cabin with a fireplace and a summer kitchen on the premises. It has four single beds (80 cm) and a private bathroom in the large house.

The house also features:
– a large kitchen,
– a kitchenette for guests,
– a dining room with a fireplace and sofas,
– a 130-square-meter workshop room with a fireplace.
– two treatment rooms – for massage and therapy,
– a tea and coffee buffet with a selection of herbal teas and espresso,
– a library with books on health and personal development, as well as board games for children and adults,
– a refrigerator.

If you would like to bring pets, please let us know in advance – we have cats on the premises that we need to take care of.

After prior order, we serve our guests a buffet breakfast, in a vegetarian or vegan version. The tables host, among others: fresh vegetables, homemade bread spreads, scrambled eggs and oatmeal. We make sure that the meals served are healthy and varied. It is usually also possible to order lunch or dinner (soup, main course and dessert), but please ask us about it in advance.

Inside the house, you will have a dining room with a wide selection of teas, herbs and coffee. We also have a fridge. In summer, you will be able to enjoy the charms of the summer kitchen in a wooden house in the garden.

If you want to get to know the cuisine of the region, the offer of restaurants in Elbląg or in the surrounding small towns is very rich. We will be happy to show you our favorite culinary spots.

We are on the sidelines, away from the noise of cities, in the proximity of nature, which is at your fingertips and sharpening your eyesight, which allows you to see deer grazing outside the window in the morning.

We have so much to tell you about our piece of land that this alone can be proof that it is impossible to get bored with us. We will also pamper you in various ways.

We have created a place with therapeutic properties here. In contact with nature, surrounded by the greenery of our garden, you can truly relax. You can lie on a hammock, take a bath in our natural pond, and light a fire in the evening. Inside you will find a library with books on health and personal development, as well as a set of board games.

As part of our charming SPA, you can use the sauna (barrel type) and outdoor tub (with non-chlorinated water heated with wood). After a session in the sauna, we recommend you to immerse yourself in our pond.

If you want complete relaxation, we can organize a massage or a session with people who know their stuff. You can try: Hawaiian lomi lomi nui massage, New Zealand Ma-Uri, fascia massage or Japanese kobido face massage. You will also find specialized devices for deep relaxation and improving the way our bodies function: a hydrogen inhaler and the Shumann platform. On request, we will organize a private concert for you with the participation of m.in. Tibetan or crystal bowls, gongs, we will conduct yoga, meditation or intuitive dance classes (like biodanza). Our space almost every weekend becomes a place of workshops on personal development, health or yoga. Often there is an option to join them (by buying an entry), you can check the calendar on our FB. And if you are thinking about organizing workshops, our place is just made for it.

When you have exhausted (although we warn you that it will be difficult) ideas for activities on the spot, we will give you a handful of ideas for what the area (we will add: still undiscovered and untrampled) has to offer. And it will be not only the beauty of the hills, meadows full of tall grass and various flowers, the greenness of the forests and the blueness of the lakes. Here are some commands:

– in Nadbrzeże you will find a tiny beach, a pier and a port where you can rent a sailboat, kayak or water bike,
– Jelenia Dolina will delight you with three lakes located in the forest,
– from Tolkmicko you will go on a water tram cruise in the summer straight to Krynica Morska (the tram also runs from Frombork),
– Kadyny, where you will see the baroque palace where Emperor Wilhelm II lived, the Kadyński Forest nature reserve (where 200-year-old beeches grow) and a stud farm,
– a historic forest park called Bażantarnia, where the historic palace of August Abbeg is located, the Srebrny Potok flows and hiking paths are tangled – a perfect place for a walk,
– the Vistula Lagoon (5 minutes by car) is not only wild and intimate beaches, but also the possibility of sailing - it is worth sailing along the Żuławska Loop and waterways: Vistula, Szkarpawa, Nogat, Jagiellonian Canal, which lead to the Gulf of Gdańsk,
– if you have experience in the saddle, horseback riding and galloping around the Vistula Lagoon are offered by the nearby stud farms,
– the area is full of bicycle paths, you can use the Green Velo trail or choose, for example, the Elbląg Upland Trail (“To the Waters” Trail).
