We invite you to a place where you can forget about the whole world. All thanks to the lush, picturesque garden that surrounds it and which has been our great pride for 30 years. And it's not just him: the interiors also play an important role. People who appreciate inspiring decor, colors and southern atmosphere will like it. Sometimes you feel like you are in distant lands, and we know from experience that these impressions allow you to sail away to the land of blissful relaxation. The house is large, 240 m². You will find in it: – 5 bedrooms with double beds – 3 bathrooms (outside rooms), 2 with showers, 2 with toilet and washbasin – two equipped kitchenettes – atmospheric common areas (living room, relaxation area, bookcase, large tables with chairs) – Finnish sauna with shower – two wood-burning fireplaces Basically, we can accommodate 10 people, but it is possible to accommodate 16 people. Then 6 people sleep on large inflatable mattresses (we have 3 double mattresses), which can be spread out in the common space of the apartment. (Don't worry, the mattresses are inflated automatically;)) What awaits you in the garden: - wooden hot tub with jacuzzi – sun terrace with lounge furniture, table, umbrella – large gazebo (60 m²) with an equipped kitchen, barbecue and dance floor – grill/fireplace with benches – “hammock forest” in a birch grove – pond with a boat and a fountain - tropical shower and outdoor bathtub This is a place where you can come here with a large family (e.g. for a family reunion), a group of friends or a slow work integration trip. If you are looking for a place where you can organize feasts on the terrace, talk until dawn, dance until you drop and just as easily lie in the grass in private, this is the place. We are quite close to the road and the area is not completely secluded. Rypin is a town on the way from Masovia to Pomerania, and it is no coincidence that our street is called Warszawska. However, we guarantee that there are no cars here, only the croaking of frogs. There is another house right next to the road, from which we are tightly separated thanks to large amounts of plants, and our entire facility is located deep between fields and orchards. You can use the Finnish sauna as much as you want during your stay at no additional charge. Hammocks, deckchairs, gas grill and boat are also included in the price. We charge an additional fee for the use of the hot tub (PLN 200 for the whole day or PLN 300 for two days or PLN 400 for the entire stay regardless of the number of days). As a welcome gift, you receive two full crates of wood for the fireplace or bonfire for free (each additional crate of wood costs PLN 30). We also provide coffee and tea at all times. In the apartment you will also find basic spices, sugar, oil, as well as a coffee machine and a water filter.

You rent the house exclusively, so you can cook on your own. And because the space is large, we have two kitchenettes and in large groups you can split up the cooking. Moreover, the possibilities of preparing meals do not end at home: outside, in the summer gazebo, there is an equipped kitchen with a gas grill, and right next to the pond you will find a fireplace. Here you can sit by the fire until the morning. If you're not in the mood to cook, let us know. We cooperate with a company that provides catering and will provide you with something to eat.

We made sure that no one was bored here. Unless this is his plan - then he may be bored with concerts and in exceptionally pleasant circumstances. You can here: – relax in the sauna (as much as you want, because it is included in the price of your stay), – grill, make a bonfire and even smoke fish in our smokehouse, – relax with a book in a hammock or warm up in a hot tub with bubbles – sail a boat on a pond with an island in the middle, – do yoga outdoors (we have a yogi friend who can lead the practice; you don't have to bring your own mats), – arrange exercise classes with an emphasis on those related to a healthy spine (everything in place) – lie in a bathtub under the open sky (at night with a view of the starry sky!) So that you can stay outdoors as long as possible, the space of our garden is illuminated with dozens of lights - you decide when to turn the lights on and when to turn off the garden - the impressions are indescribable! We feel that you will spend many very nice moments there. And when you've had your fill of time in the garden, remember that there is also something to do nearby. What can you do here? – go for alpacotherapy at the alpaca farm in Okalewo, – go horse riding at the Kasztan stable in Urszulewo or at the Pod Starą Podkowa stable (ponies for children) – visit the KozieŁawy goat shop (you can buy delicious cheese there) and the Lappyland mini zoo in Szczutów – visit the Soap Village in Górzno and take part in soap-making, cold-pressing oil or… cabbage trampling workshops, – visit the Museum of the Dobrzyń Land in Rypin (free admission to permanent exhibitions every Saturday; they have interesting workshops for kids), – visit the Masovian Village Museum in Sierpc (an open-air museum where you can see farmsteads from Masovian villages from the 19th and 20th centuries), – see… the largest stained glass window in Europe – because it is located in Rypin, in the church of St. Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ - covers an area of 212 m² and is the largest sacred stained glass window in Europe and the second largest in the world, – go on a trip to Golub-Dobrzyń and visit the castle or go kayaking on the Drwęca River – listen to a Chopin concert at the Szafarnia Chopin Center. If you are looking for contact with nature, you will not be disappointed. The region in which Rypin is located belongs to the Green Lungs of Poland, which includes unique natural areas in the north-eastern part of the country. There are many lakes in the area (we counted 24), the nearest one is 10-15 minutes away. by car. There is also the Brodnicki Landscape Park with lakes, forests, many species of birds and few tourists. It is an ideal area for long walks (e.g. with Nordic walking poles).
