Welcome to those of you who prefer a soft and sometimes prickly grass carpet. The night sky unspoiled by the neon lights of cities and billboards, or sitting by the fire until dawn. A continuous bird radio that cannot be turned off and will not be deterred by a stray fly, spider or mosquito. We are just opening the gate to our place. Also, where (we firmly believe) you turn off. You will reset. You will charge your batteries and tune in to the best WiFi network in the whole world - nature. You will be guided by the sound of the wind, the singing of birds and the concert of cicadas. And maybe Walter the deer will come to see you, who knows? ;)

So don't hesitate and visit our fabulous land of Shambalu. You don't have to look for it - we will direct you exactly even without GPS. Go to the end of our "world", to the end of the road to the gate to the Slovak Karst, to the Zádielská valley.

We created Shambala with both individuals and groups in mind. For meditations and some kind of development workshops, or for sitting in silence and solitude under a tree. But also for a relaxing family holiday with children in a caravan or under a tent. Exactly the way you like it and according to what you need. And don't forget to pack proper hiking boots and bike helmets.

We welcome everyone who wants to be in contact with nature. In any form. So even though we try hard and always clean everything, nature is omnipotent. For example, a spider with fast legs will find a place here. We hope you will understand :)

STONE HOUSE & APARTMENT FOR UP TO 8
On the ground floor of the stone house, there is a social space ideal for spending free time. And it doesn't matter if you come to us for a group workshop or as an individual. There is a section with sofas, a fireplace and a library, and a spacious room for workshops, meditation, or yoga.

On the first floor of the house there is a large spacious room that can accommodate 8 people. On the same floor there is also a bathroom and a room for one person, which we usually make available for the instructor or lecturer of groups.

4 MINI HOUSES
Next to the stone house, there are 4 separate houses that were made to order especially for us. Each house is divided into two parts - the front one with a fireplace and a sofa bed (for 1-2 people) and the back part has a double bed for 2 people. The house is ideal for a set of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
The kitchen and bathroom are available in a shared separate building.

SPACE FOR CAMPING AND LIVING
Those of you who like to camp are also welcome here. Either in their houses on wheels or in tents under the open sky.

SANITARY FACILITIES FOR HOUSES AND CAMPSITES
We have also built sanitary facilities for guests from cottages or campsites. In the building with a green roof, you will find not only a kitchen for cooking, but also 6 showers and 6 toilets.

You have a choice. Do you want us to feed you? Or do you prefer to cook yourself? We have something for everyone.

SEPARATE KITCHEN
There is a sanitary facility under the houses, where you will also find a separate and fully equipped kitchen. There are also pans and pots and there will be a coffee machine (for a symbolic fee of €1).

FOOD
But if you want us to take care of your full bellies, we are happy to do so. Whether you come alone or you are coming to us as a group for a workshop. Everything can be negotiated. From breakfast to full board.

TERRACE & FOCAL POINT
A pleasant chat in the company of friends is always a great idea. And when you combine it with food, even with the one baked on the fire, it can be one of the ideal combinations for summer days. Try it out.

Feel free to walk through our center and find your place for yourself. It's up to you whether you want to find it in the company of other people or you want to meditate in solitude.

MEDITATION ROOM & HALL
Since we are a center also focused on organizing various events and workshops, in addition to the open-air amphitheater, you will also find a room in the main building designed for yoga and meditation. If you need more information, feel free to contact us.

SAUNA & COOLING TANKS
He who is not lazy gets green, and he who warms up will definitely have red cheeks. Relax in our dry sauna, and a cooling tub and solar shower await you outside.
For all the fearless, there is also a small lake and a hen nearby, as well as a stream ;)

SLOVAK KRAS
All you have to do is cross the gate and the road and you will be walking along the footpaths of the Slovak Karst National Park. Its rock and underground beauty is so breathtaking that even UNESCO could not resist. Don't you believe? Go for a wander and let yourself be recharged directly from nature. Follow marked routes and nature trails. Turn off your heads and perceive with your heart. Also enjoy the fact that the National Park is a declared bird reserve, where there will be no shortage of opportunities and places to observe rare birds.

When you come to us with children, they will have space for self-realization. Of course, my childhood one. Running, jumping, climbing trees, but also exploring our pond, is worth it. Here they can create their secret hiding places, be quiet and watch with bated breath to see if Walter the deer comes to visit us.
Let them run, frolic, get dirty, and rub their knees. Let them be at home in nature ;)

And be sure to go bird watching together at one of the towers. Peacefully even to Hrhovský rybníky.
