We built the house on a hill for observing nature, spending time with friends and unlimited rest, for the view of the Nurka river valley with meadows and lots of birds that come here from the Biebrza River, the forest and the building of the old school. We built the house from scratch, although it looks like it has been here for a long time. It is over 200 meters long and can accommodate 16 people in 4 bedrooms. In addition to the bedroom, there are 3 bathrooms with showers, a large open living room with a stove-fireplace connected to the dining room and kitchen (there is even a wine fridge). All rooms air-conditioned. The largest bedroom is approx. 40 meters, the smallest (on the ground floor) 17 m2. - the downstairs bedroom has a double bed; - two bedrooms upstairs - in each double bed (180 cm wide) and a double bed (140 cm wide); - the third bedroom on the first floor has 3 beds (180 cm and 2x140 cm) - it can sleep there, e.g. 6 children. There is a play area with a monitor. The house also has a porch and two terraces. One with a spectacular view of the valley, the other overlooking the pond and forest.

Legend has it that Jaginty is the last Jatvingian village (the Yotvingians apparently moved to this area to escape from the Teutonic Knights in the 13th century). To be honest, this corner of Poland is not for exploring, it's more of a place to relax. Around Podlasie, border villages, real ones, with harvests, cows in pastures, harvest festivals, children going to school by bus, churches and churches. Depending on the season, you may hear a combine harvester, a tractor or mooing. In addition, there are cranes, deer and elk in the rut, as well as many birds that breed in the meadows behind the house. You can spot: moose, bison, wolves, deer, roe deer, raccoon dogs, badgers and beavers. The area around the house is very large. 2.3 ha were fenced, and behind the fence there were also some meadows and an orchard. You can basically go out into the forest in slippers - pass the swimming pond and go to the buttermilk trails. In summer, wild raspberries and sweet wild strawberries grow. Since we mentioned the swimming pond, let's get back to the topic. It is natural, self-cleaning. Swimming in winter only for walruses, in summer for absolutely everyone. It has two piers, so you can grab a cup of coffee and soak your feet. You can sunbathe, soak up the morning mists, the first frost on the grass or take a morning bath. The pond has a maximum depth of 2.8 meters, but the entrance to it is gradual, so the little ones will also be able to splash around. In our garden there is also a large, roofed barbecue gazebo, a fireplace, an old orchard, a grocery store (help yourself to some fruit, vegetables and herbs), a badminton court, a meadow, lots of benches throughout the area, and places to walk. Basically, if you don't feel like leaving the area, there's no need to do so. There's not much going on outside the gate, so you can rest in peace. You can also go for a walk - 3 km through the village to reach the reservoir on the Biebrza River in Bóbr Wielka. You can fish there (you need a permit, of course). There used to be a beautiful wooden manor house in Bóbr Wielka, but it was moved to the Podlaskie Museum of Folk Culture in Białystok. So you can admire it there, and the open-air museum is still worth visiting and seeing what villages in the Grodno region once looked like. By bike (we have several on site) you can go nearby to Jaczna to see a beautiful Orthodox church with a starry sky on the domes. In general, the gravel roads around Jagint are great for cycling and running. In Trzyrzeczki there is an entrance to the Biebrza National Park. From here you can go to the viewing point of the Biebrza National Park or to the Forest educational path, which starts and ends at the Trzyrzeczki forester's lodge. In Jałówka, you will enter the route via a wooden footbridge through the forests and meadows of the Biebrza National Park. The Szuszalewo - Jałowo - Nowy Lipsk tourist footbridge is 3.5 km long and along the way there is a manual ferry crossing over the Biebrza River, as well as an observation tower with bolted doors and shutters, prepared for animal observation. There are 9 stops along the route. All stops on the paths are described in the guide: "Nature paths at the Field Educational Center" available at the BPN headquarters in Osowiec Str. The entrance to the footbridge can be found right next to the "Osowiec" signpost, on the Białystok - Ełk road, at the Rudzki Canal level.
