Our vitality is organic, because biodynamics is not only a method of cultivation, but above all a lifestyle. We live it (both life and cultivation) in accordance with the laws of nature, in the rhythm of the moon phases, listening to the whispers of our habitat. This is our daily bread. Specifically, spelt sourdough, which Ania bakes. We will treat you to it with pleasure. We will share everything we have the best - natural wine, food and a panorama of the Sudetes. As well as a pillow menu, a cinema with a projector, homemade dairy products, freshly roasted craft coffee, a tour of the vineyard and time together during tasting. You will taste at heights, because we have located our 4-person cottage on a hill, from which the eyes see such a view that guests hold their breath in delight for a moment.
Here, in the Kaczawa valley, my great-grandparents lived. From my grandfather Antek, I inherited an old house and a small plot of land with a southern slope, with an old, German orchard. Together with Ania, we noticed that there is never snow here, and cherries ripen earlier than anywhere else. The air is lighter, the chirping of birds is more pleasant, and the habitat is surrounded by an atmosphere of peace and bliss. We have been basking in it for 12 years now. That was when we finished renovating our house with a garden, where chickens and ducks run around, and sheep rest. A few years later, taking advantage of the benefits of the terrain, we planted the first vines. Then we built a winery. We serve royal breakfasts and tasting dinners there. At any time you wish, e.g. after lounging around until 11:00. And if it is a vineyard, then there are cellars full of bottles of natural spirits, surprising us with a slightly different taste every year. Come and admire and taste.
On 1 hectare of land stands our house, henhouse and a wine cellar with an arched cellar and a tasting room with a terrace overlooking the vineyard. Among 11 grape varieties, a stone path leads to the very top of the vineyard, and at its end, at the top of the highest terrace, a 4-person cottage awaits you. It is facing south, it has an amazing view of the entire valley and the panorama of the Sudetes. You can see Śnieżka, the Kaczawskie Foothills and a whole lot of forests from it. And also our village located on the Kaczawa valley, once a health resort.
Two people can occupy a bedroom with a double bed and exit directly to the terrace with a pergola. Two more can sleep on a comfortable, fold-out sofa in the living room, which is connected to the kitchenette, next to which there is a table with chairs. The cottage also has a bathroom in a forest atmosphere with an exit to the open field. The terrace has a table and chairs, and you can also put up sun loungers.
Ania and I invented the interior of the house, my sister, Kasia Kmita, an interior specialist, also dipped her fingers in it. We owe her the concept of bedside tables and a coffee table from the living room. I made them together with my neighbor, a metalworker. The interior is minimalist, based on natural materials and calming. You can really relax in it.
Attention! It is impossible to get to the cottage, there is a stone path leading to it from under our house, to the top of the vineyard.
You will start your day with breakfast. We will feed you with what has grown in our biodynamic garden, grown in full harmony with nature, eggs from our chickens and ducks, fruit from our trees and shrubs. Ania will bake spelled sourdough bread for you, and the whole will be complemented by eco-products from neighbors - honey, cottage cheese and milk. You can order a basket full of delicacies at a selected time or eat a meal in the tasting room in our vineyard, which you will go down the stone path to. Just let us know which option you prefer.
Perhaps I will prepare my specialty for breakfast - eggs baked under cheddar, sprinkled with black pepper and chives, or fried eggs with grilled zucchini, or something else that comes from our culinary fantasy. And this is not the end of the deliciousness, Ania can surprise you with cottage cheese from your neighbor with homemade yoghurt, radish and chives, yoghurt with blueberry compote or apple mousse served with homemade granola with honey and cinnamon. In addition, orange juice, fruit and our original teas (from young shoots of grapes with elderberry and acacia flowers, for example).
We love to feed you, we also love experiments in the kitchen and the uniqueness of flavors, depending on the season, season and what our land has produced. Breakfasts are included in the price of the accommodation, other meals are arranged with you individually, they are also additionally payable.
We will be happy to prepare a tasting dinner for you in our vineyard, with our natural wines from biodynamically grown grapevines, and we will reveal the secrets of vinification that is as natural as possible. Fermentation of our wines takes place on wild yeast, sedimentation in accordance with the phases of the moon, and we do not use sulfur compounds at any stage of production. Our wines are surprising, they have a captivatingly pleasant taste, each year there is a surprise in the bottle.
On the side of the house there is a place for a bonfire, we also have a pizza oven and we can organize a pizza night for you, and believe that Ania's pizza is delicious!

Sometimes we dream of boredom here, because although we live in the rhythm of nature, we always have something to do. If you also cannot sit still, you can take part in the work in the vineyard, learn about our history and our secrets.
We are located in the land of extinct volcanoes, in the picturesque former health resort of Jerzmanice-Zdrój, 4 km from Złotoryja, in the Kaczawa Valley. For enthusiasts of thrills, enthusiasts of activity, interested in history, a lot of attractions await here, we especially recommend:
- A walk along the Kaczawa River to the Złotoryja Lagoon with a bathing area, a railway bridge over the river in the background and a walking path with viewpoints around.
- Raven Rocks, which is over 100 meters long flat and smooth sandstone wall with climbing routes. A forest trail leads from the lagoon to the rocks.
- At the foot of the Raven Rocks there is the Rock Waterfall, and nearby, the Wolf's Den, a cave 7 meters deep.
- Hanging Railway Tracks, which, washed away by Kaczawa, hang above the ground.
- Werewolf, or Wilcza Góra Reserve, where there is a basalt quarry. Wilcza Góra itself is a remnant of an extinct volcano.
- Złotoryja, the oldest city in Poland, where you can visit the Gold Mine and Museum, and the medieval Blacksmith's Tower, which is an excellent vantage point.
- Grodziec Castle, which hosts numerous regional and international events: Knight's Tournament, Song Festival, Wine and Mead Festival, as well as night tours.
For active people, we have a network of Kaczawa singletracks and canoeing trips on the Bóbr or Kwisa.
In winter, there is also something to do here. 25 km separates us from the Ski Arena Łysa Góra ski resort, 50 km from Ski Arena Szrenica. Jakuszyce, from which we are an hour away, is about 100 km of cross-country ski runs and paths.
What’s there for children?
We have a lot of space, chickens and ducks running around our premises and a playground just around the corner, but you must know that our house is integrated into the slope, its terrace also overlooks the slope. Both our location and the specificity of our place make us choose rather adults, and if they are parents, then those who left their children under their care and came alone. Don't get us wrong, if you want to come with your kids, they are welcome, but we want to let you know what awaits you there.
