At a glance
Our vitality is organic, because biodynamics is not just a method of cultivation, but above all a lifestyle. We live our lives (both our lives and our cultivation) in harmony with the laws of nature, in tune with the rhythm of the moon phases, listening to the whispers of our habitat. This is our daily bread. Specifically, spelt sourdough baked by Ania. We'll happily treat you to it. We'll share everything we have – natural wine, food, and panoramic views of the Sudetes. We'll also offer a pillow menu, projector cinema, homemade dairy products, freshly roasted craft coffee, guided tours of the vineyard, and time spent together tasting. You'll savor the highlands, as our four-person cottage is located on a hill, offering a view that leaves guests breathless.
My great-grandparents lived here, in the Kaczawa River valley. From my grandfather Antek, I inherited an old house and a small south-facing plot of land with an ancient German orchard. Ania and I noticed that there's never snow here, and the cherries ripen earlier than anywhere else. The air is lighter, the birds chirp more pleasantly, and the habitat is surrounded by an atmosphere of peace and bliss. We've been basking in it for 12 years now. That's when we finished renovating our house and garden, where chickens and ducks roam and sheep rest. A few years later, taking advantage of the land's bounty, we planted our first vines. Then we built a winery. We serve royal breakfasts and tasting dinners there. At any time, you name it, after lounging around until 11:00. And if there's a vineyard, there are cellars full of bottles of this natural wine, which surprises us with a slightly different flavor every year. Come and admire and savor.

Host:
Ania i Michał
We speak these languages: Polish, English
We are on-site, we give our guests space and intimacy, but we're always ready to help
We share as follows: Ania is in charge of the culinary arts, Michał is in charge of the wine :) We are strongly connected to the place where we live. Full of respect for the land of our great-grandparents, we listen to what the land tells us, to take care of it and pass it on to the next generations. Our house and vineyard are located in the picturesque town of Jerzmanice-Zdrój, in the Kaczawa valley. We planted the first vines in 2014. Everything for us revolves around wine. We are gradually expanding the vineyard, expanding the winery, implementing more small projects, supporting the development of the region and instilling our idea of living in harmony with nature. Our new baby is a small house on the top of the vineyard, from where there is a view of the land of extinct volcanoes and the Karkonosze Mountains. We strive for maximum self-sufficiency, we run a biodynamic garden, from which we draw fruit almost all year round. Ania bakes spelt sourdough bread, makes her own yogurt, and eggs from free-ranging hens and ducks in the vineyard are the basis for many of our dishes. And wine... natural, alive. It is created without unnecessary interference, with the utmost respect for natural processes. Without killing what is valuable in it, while preserving all its advantages and expression. With our own hands, we help translate what our habitat wants to tell us about itself.
