Quick check
It is easy to get lost in the Šimanski Forest near Anykščiai. Navigation and internet may not work. If this happens, do not worry and just drive further into the forest until you see a river and high sandy banks just off the road. This is the Miklieriai outcrop, one of the most beautiful places in the middle of this forest and also a viewpoint. You could almost see our farm from here: we are on the opposite bank, just a few bends of the river away and a few hundred metres of dense, impenetrable forest beyond.... And now that you have seen one of the basic attractions of our place, we can share a secret with you: you can only reach us by strictly following the directions we have prepared at the end of this page.
Amatu kalnelis (Craftsman's Hill) is a small farmhouse on a hill, consisting of a housekeeper's house, a craftsman's house and a bathhouse, all decorated with carved pillars and columns, remembering old times. When passing by such a farm, one usually wants to stop and go inside to take in the atmosphere of the old days and learn about the history of the place. If you share this feeling, we warmly invite you to visit us. We are sure that you will discover much more here than appears at first glance.

So, my name is Renata. I live in the city, but every weekend the countryside draws me back to the farm. I have been molding clay here for many years, experimenting and following the traditions of old pottery. I include in my works what I see and hear from the window - the swaying of the forest, the songs of the birds, the echo of the spring. And a piece of myself. Thanks to clay, a cozy workshop with a reed roof has appeared, where I invite you to stay.
