In the summer of 2022, a rumor spread around Poland that another part of the Hunger Games was filmed in Lower Silesia. We can confirm these reports because the film crew has annexed the reservoir and forests in our village for themselves. Who would have thought that Grzędy would become a Hollywood star ?! Until now, the film was associated with the nearby Sokołowsko, because the Hommage à Kieślowski festival has been visited by renowned cinematography specialists for many years. And it was to Sokołowska that we took a short short walk through the mountains to experience some culture. Now we will be able to see how Grzędy looks on the big screen. Because in a narrow perspective, we know what they have looked like for years. Charmingly.
You can eat fresh trout here, soak your feet in the pond, go to the stream, fish. Because in Grzędy, where you don't stick a shovel, water flows out there. Right here, in a quiet Krkonoše village, we have built our cottage to rest from everyday life. We've built it, we relax, but we can't do anything for a long time, so we want to share this peace with you. The sun on the terrace, the warmth of the fireplace, a meadow, a pond with a pier, a small river. The energy of birch trees, a place for pets, bicycles and knowledge about the mountains.

We work with animals on a daily basis, we run a veterinary clinic together. We don't eat meat, we love sport, also the one that raises adrenaline. Only in the high mountains can we truly relax. Probably because there we have a great excuse for not answering calls and not reading e-mails. We have conquered peaks in the Andes, Himalayas and Alps. Although we consider ourselves mountaineers more than mountaineers. We are bookworms, we love cycling, Paweł runs mountain ultramarathons. We built it for ourselves by the stream, as a close escape from everyday life. A place to relax, rest, do nothing. And since we can't do nothing for a long time, we want to share this place with you.
