Villetta means cottage in Italian. We set up next to Bonaluti, our asylum for adults, where we lead a life in a truly Italian style. We have been welcoming slow-hop guests with such momentum for some time. They are very happy with us, so we thought that there would be room for a new home in our Parkoles: created out of love for peace and sun. Neighbors are birds, sometimes deer come to visit, and the view of the Karkonosze and Jizera Mountains stretching from the terrace allows you to forget for a few longer moments. Swings, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and our rich library serve this purpose. For homemade meals, which we prepare for you from local products, you go to the house next door. We are waiting there with all our hospitality, joy of life, creativity and adoptive dogs. Drop by for dining chats and Lower Silesian dolce far niente.
Villetta is an intimate, single-story house, surrounded by greenery with a large terrace from which there is a beautiful view of the forest and mountains. Villetta is a house where you will wake up in the morning to the sun's rays and the singing of birds. In the summer, the air conditioning will cool you, and in the winter, the heated floor will warm you.
4 people can relax here comfortably.
Inside there are:
– 2 comfortable bedrooms (each with a double bed),
– living room with a comfortable corner sofa with a sleeping option,
- kitchenette,
- bathroom with shower.
And outside there is a terrace where you can relax on deckchairs and swings.
The garden is also at your disposal. You can relax there on hammocks, a bench, a swing, and generally speaking, a chill-out zone with sculptures hidden here and there by a friendly artist, Mr. Jan z Mojesza. It is also a great place to practice yoga or other outdoor activities.
In the garden you will also find a place to sit by the bonfire or use the barbecue, and to regenerate your strength, you can use the garden sauna or relax in the jacuzzi while admiring the Karkonosze Mountains. We will prepare them for you so that you can just enjoy the moment. In winter we invite you to go swimming, and in summer you can swim in the pool and relax on the sun loungers. According to your own idea, something cool for everyone.
The area is fenced and your cars have a designated safe place.
We welcome children over 12 years of age and small pets.
We will host you with heart, homely, traditionally, but with a hint of culinary novelties. We buy products used for meals regionally and use our own vegetables and preserves. We have trusted suppliers of eggs, cheese and meat products, from whom we can be sure of freshness and quality. Nutrition is very important to us. We adhere to the principle that "a man is what he eats", which is why we make every effort to ensure that the dishes served are of the highest quality. We want our guests to also enjoy this joy and that is why we ask about their taste and nutritional preferences.
We serve breakfast and dinner in the dining room in our house. The dining room is a place of both culinary and spiritual nourishment. We have filled this room with paintings, ceramics and sculptures of friendly artists as well as all sorts of literature, which you can reach for and read with aromatic coffee or juice squeezed from fresh fruit.
If you prefer your own kitchen, no problem. The guest house has a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook, and local products are at your fingertips. If you want to buy eggs, cheese, cold meats, bread - we will direct you to the appropriate addresses.
It is impossible to get bored in such an environment full of history. Even if you don't remember the history lessons at school well, and the dates evaporate from your head faster than the content of the books, here you can experience living history for yourself. Within a short walk, in Grudza, we recommend a unique natural monument - a 300-year-old pear tree. Right next to it you will find the ruins of an old windmill, which used to be a beautiful inn with a clock and a viewpoint.
On the other side of the village, at its end, there is a floodplain of a former basalt mine. The green, azure water of the post-excavation lake makes an electrifying impression. We do not advise bathing, because we do not know where this color comes from and whether there are sunken excavators, treasure chests or other secrets at the bottom, but ducks swim. A yellow tourist trail (7.6 km) runs through our village, leading from Rębiszów to Rybnica.
If instead of walking trips you focus on cycling, then prepared two-wheeled vehicles are waiting for you! The Mirsk-Świeradów bicycle trail runs through Grudza, and every year a bunch of cyclists pass through the village at the speed of light as part of the Szosowy Classic Szklarska Poręba race. If you feel up to it, train for the next season.
There are plenty of mountain trails and places worth seeing in the area. We will offer you routes to follow and ready maps. If you want, we will take you to the selected starting point of the mountain route and pick you up at the agreed time after the end of the trip. We will also take you to other places (up to 50 km), e.g. in winter to the ski slope, and on Saturday evening to the Jelenia Góra Theater.
And after the trips, you can relax on the ubiquitous hammocks and deckchairs, reading an interesting book, or using the dry sauna, infrared, jacuzzi or swimming pool.
What’s there for children?
We invite young people who know what it means to rest away from television, but close to nature. The truth is that the little ones have nothing to do with us, so we count on guests who enjoy boredom and miss boredom. Dear young people, we are waiting for you with a relaxing atmosphere, ubiquitous art, interesting books and Internet access.
