Time flows in its own way in Żegocin. Especially after our pond, to which you will have private access, if you decide to visit the Beskid Wyspowy. In the 1930s, this area was a fashionable summer resort, attracting holidaymakers from all over the country. We, however, sat on the edge of this story, a bit to the left in the direction of Bełdno. On our vast land, with an extraordinary view of the meadow and the forest, we have built two carefully arranged houses. In comfort and pleasant interiors, you will remember here what exactly is going on vacation for. How it is the sixth hour to lie on the pier, to have all the time of this world to read in the hammock, and to relax in the sauna every evening. Until the night, to giggle by the fire with your favorite people and then eat unhurried breakfasts that someone delivered to your door. That someone will be us. Na Potokach Apartments is our dream project, which we share with you with great joy. We invite.
On our plot in Żegocin, we've created comfortable apartments where you can relax in peace, overlooking the meadow, forest, and pond. We live here too – two houses are for you, our guests, and we occupy the third. We've created a small oasis of peace here. Here, you can reset to factory settings and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The "Forest" and "Pond" houses await you. Each one accommodates 6-8 people and features:
- 120 m²,
- 2 double bedrooms (lockable),
- 1 mezzanine overlooking the living room and forest,
- 2 bathrooms with showers,
- a relaxation area with a sauna and loungers,
- an outdoor hot tub,
- a terrace with two armchairs.
A private laundry room is also available.
Six people will sleep in the bedrooms, and two more, if you'd like to come with a larger group, will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room (so please note that this may be a slightly less private option).
Around the houses is a large, unfenced area where you can relax as much as you like. It includes our private pond with a pier and beach, and there's also a fire pit.
From early April to mid-September, you can purchase a breakfast basket with farm produce for 225 PLN per welcome basket.
As for your pets, there are a few restrictions. Our property is not fenced, and a herd of deer may roam nearby. Therefore, we only welcome small, well-behaved dogs. We hope you understand.
Żegocina, where you'll find yourself, is a former summer village that once attracted vacationers from all over the country. The center of Żegocina can sometimes be crowded, but peace and quiet reign in our corner.
We'll leave the preparation of lunches and dinners to you, but we think cooking in these circumstances will be quite enjoyable. The kitchen has all the amenities: a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker.
We can offer you simple, tasty local delicacies in welcome baskets prepared to order in advance. These baskets include Żegocin rolls, a jar of honey, cottage cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, and fruit juice. And if you prefer a vegetarian breakfast, just let us know in advance. The basket is available from April to mid-September.
For those who prefer spending time by the pond rather than by the pots, we recommend several restaurants below, all easily accessible by car.
Ladies and gentlemen, if you're bored, go this way! Here, there is no obligation to check off attractions and daily trips. Everything is possible, nothing is necessary. Even if you don't feel like going anywhere far during your entire vacation, here's what you can do here:
– read books on the terrace overlooking the greenery,
– relax in the sauna (the cost is PLN 100 per session (1 hour), so it's nice to go there in a group; when booking for 7 days, one session is free),
– relax by the pond – e.g. in a hammock by the water, which we integrated into the pier,
– soak in a hot tub surrounded by Christmas trees (cost PLN 200 for a 4-hour cycle), during the holidays a hot tub to cool off is included in the price of your stay,
– make evening bonfires, look at the stars and enjoy each other's company.
And if you want to diversify your stay, we suggest:
– go on a bicycle trip (we have bicycles for you free of charge) – there are 3 marked bicycle routes running through Żegocina:
blue route: Rozdziele Dolne–Rozdziele Górne (1.7 km)
red route: Żegocina–Rozdziele–Przełęcz "Widoma"–Bacówka–Żegocina (12.7 km - a difficult and varied route for more advanced cyclists - with beautiful views)
green route: Żegocina–Bełdno–Łąkta Górna–Żegocina (11 km on less frequented asphalt roads - suitable for everyone);
– go skiing: from our apartments you are only 8 km to the Laskowa-ski station, and other stations nearby are Limanowa Ski (22 km) and Kasina Ski & Bike (30 km);
– go on a trip to the Zuber mineral water spring on the slope of the Kamionna mountain (from the center of Żegocin you can get there by walking through the forest, following the white and red signs, approx. 30 minutes each way) – Zuber water has the highest amount of minerals among all all available healing waters!;
– go for a walk around the picturesque surroundings: to the Widoma Rozdziele viewpoint (4 km from here), Kulkowe Lake in Laskowa (8.5 km from here) or the Grodzisk Sandstone Geological Park in Żegocin (only 1 km away);
– visit Koryznówka in Nowy Wiśnicz – a museum of Jan Matejko memorabilia – a place where the artist spent his holidays.
There's space here, grass for rolling around, and a beach for making sand cakes. What else? You can run through the fields, spot deer, or soak your feet in the pond (but only under the supervision of responsible parents). The cottages also have games and books, we have a badminton and disc golf set, and there are two horse riding stables nearby. In short, you can have a great time with the kids.
