A beautiful vacation home in the middle of nowhere? Quite the opposite. Everything that is important to a person is around this house. Clean air, clear water, nature, silence and peace. You can rent the historic house with 5 bedrooms in Rychlebské hory as a whole, or even just one room. It's up to you. A PLACE FOR ADULTS We will accommodate approximately 10 people. The place is specific, which is why we designed it as a refuge for adults. Everyone will find their own private corner here. Whether: - in one with 5 beautiful rooms with private bathroom - in the reading chairs under the stairs and in the mezzanine - in the wellness area with Finnish sauna and infrared sauna - on one of 2 terraces with a great view - in a common room with a tap and a sitting area or on a trip through the most beautiful region we know. The rooms bear the names of the original inhabitants of the house. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor: Ernestine, Ferdinand, Marie and Josef. The 5th bedroom, Emma, is hidden in the attic. All rooms have their own bathroom and shower. On the first floor of the house, you can use the common kitchen and dining tables at any time. After a cycling trip, store your aluminum steeds in the bike shed and then regenerate in the wellness area or in the garden. And above all, enjoy the SILENCE... EU ECO LABEL We want to share our joy with you - we are the first holder of the EU Ecolabel in the category "Tourist accommodation services" in Moravia! We have met strict criteria for environmental excellence, such as gentle lighting and faucets, reduction of unnecessary waste, gentle cosmetics in bathrooms, bicycles without emissions, photovoltaic panels or a heat pump, and a root cleaner.

On the ground floor of the house there is a beautiful, modern, spacious kitchen, where cooking will be a pleasure. You can sit on the terrace or in our special social room, which we call "Here and now". It half resembles a village pub, half a cozy living room. It's either empty behind the bar or I'm there - I'll be happy to prepare you an excellent espresso or pour you a pilsner with a great foam. If you are a beer lover, you will certainly be interested in how the "craft beer" Huhňák tastes, produced according to František Huhňák's old recipe. They have it on tap, for example, in Rychlebská bast, where you can also order freshly caught baked trout.

ACCOMMODATION FOR CYCLISTS The Rychleb Mountains are crossed by tens of kilometers of cycle routes that will take you through forests, primeval forests and forgotten villages. And that after pleasant hilly terrain with wonderful views. If, however, you prefer a proper adrenaline experience before admiring the panoramas, you will enjoy the Rychlebská trails with technical stone routes and modern flow trails. When you head north from Černá voda, you will find tracks for beginners and intermediates. As a reward for the completed route, you can then take a bath in the beautiful quarries of Štachlovice or Kaolínka. South of us, however, it's a different song. Routes for experienced bikers with the possibility to shorten their way through killer sections are no romance. Get over here. Fortunately, we are prepared for this and you can then regenerate tired muscles at home in our/your wellness zone. ACCOMMODATION WITH ITS OWN WELLNESS ZONE You can choose between a gentle infrared sauna, which you can heat up in a few minutes, and a classic Finnish sauna for supporters of traditional sweating. You can also relax in the hot tub, which can fit up to 4 people. But there is nothing stopping you from booking it all to yourself. In case of bad weather or simply when you don't feel like going anywhere, you can rent our projector and transform Fajn TAJM into an improvised cinema. We don't carry popcorn, but we can rent you a tap and beer keg in our private "Here and Now" social area. VACATION IN THE RYCHLEBSKY MOUNTAINS Are you in the mood for a proper trip? You can get to White Water by bike or car. Here you will stand on the Czech-Polish border and head for the unknown Hřebenovce Rychlebské hory. After 9 kilometers you will come across Borůvková hora with a lookout tower. Before the revolution, dissidents from both countries met in this secret place - for example, Václav Havel and the leader of Polish Solidarity, Adam Michnik. From there it is another 10 km to the town of Javorník, where you can see the beautiful Jánský Vrch castle, located on a rocky outcrop. Here the bus goes back to Bíla vody or to Žulová, from where it is only a short distance to us. If you still have enough energy (or time the next day), go from Javorník along the nature trail to the beautiful viewpoint of the Devil's Pulpit. There are stories and legends associated with it, but as you probably correctly guessed, you won't laugh much at them. But there is a wonderful view of the Račí údolí nature reserve from here, which is worth going down to. Treat yourself to a coffee in the art nouveau Tančírna, and then set out to explore the beauty of the local forest on both sides of Račí potok. Then you can connect to the Hřebenovky route again. Whether you want to enjoy the romance of the Nýzner Waterfalls in the Rychleb Mountains, fear for your life on the Velbloud single track, or sweet nothingness and some time for yourself on our terrace, the entire Fajn TAJM team, i.e. my family, will try to provide you with an honest and cozy environment.
