Jiří and Marie are dedicated to recycling in their family business. It is therefore no wonder with what precision and zeal they recycled a Sudeten house from 1860. Jana Šimánková and Radka Bartošová from the Mio Architects studio have fantastically managed to create a modern space for relaxation while preserving the original genius loci, and at the same time fitting ecological devices into the building so that they do not disturb the aesthetic side of the house and its surroundings. And so, thanks to their efforts, they can deservedly boast that they are one of the first holders of the ECO LABEL ecological certificate.

The Rychleb Mountains are a paradise for cyclists and enthusiastic explorers of natural beauty. And if you also like to listen to some mysterious story from the past, then this is the place for you. The ruins of the Kaltenštejn castle lie on a hill right next to the village of Černá voda. Its former inhabitants apparently did not have such a kind disposition as our hosts, and so it still haunts today. For example, the ghost of the greedy knight Baldwin and his son begs for money here at night, so be careful. Some people call the place "Singing Stones" because it is said that here you can hear the song of the evil countess who tormented her subjects. But there are also good souls, don't worry. Silver sprites called Silberling live underground. They only appear on Midsummer's Eve, when they scatter silver pebbles in the forest. Such a shining stone is said to bring "love full of happiness and happiness full of love" to its finder. So hurry to the Rapid Forests before Balduin collects them all for you.

A beautiful holiday home in the middle of nowhere? Quite the opposite. Around this house is EVERYTHING that is important for a person. Clean air, clear water, nature, peace and quiet.

You can rent a historic 5-bedroom house in the Rychlebské Mountains AS A WHOLE, or maybe JUST ONE ROOM. It's up to you.

A PLACE FOR ADULTS

We can accommodate 10 people. The place is specific, which is why we designed it as a refuge for adults. Everyone will find their own private corner here. Whether:
- in one of the 5 beautiful rooms with their own bathroom
- in the reading chairs under the stairs and on the mezzanine
- in the wellness area with a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna
- on one of the 2 terraces with a great view
- in the common room with a tap and seating
or on a trip through the most beautiful region we know.

The rooms bear the names of the original inhabitants of the house. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor: Ernestine, Ferdinand, Marie and Josef. The attic hides the 5th bedroom, Emma. All rooms have their own bathroom and shower.

On the first floor of the house you can use the shared kitchen and dining tables at any time. After a cycling trip, store your aluminum horses in the bike shed and then regenerate in the wellness area or in the garden. And most importantly, enjoy the QUIET…

EU ECO LABEL

We want to share our joy with you - we are the first holder of the EU Ecolabel in the category "Tourist accommodation services" in Moravia!

We have met strict criteria for environmental excellence such as environmentally friendly lighting and taps, reducing unnecessary waste, environmentally friendly cosmetics in the bathrooms, emission-free bicycles, photovoltaic panels or a heat pump and a root purifier.

On the ground floor of the house there is a beautiful, modern, spacious kitchen, where cooking will be a pleasure. You can sit on the terrace or in our special social room, which we call "Here and now". It half resembles a village pub, half a cozy living room. It's either empty behind the bar or I'm there - I'll be happy to prepare you an excellent espresso or pour you a pilsner with a great foam.

If you are a beer lover, you will certainly be interested in how the "craft beer" Huhňák tastes, produced according to František Huhňák's old recipe. They have it on tap, for example, in Rychlebská bast, where you can also order freshly caught baked trout.

ACCOMMODATION FOR CYCLISTS

The Rychlebské Mountains are crisscrossed by dozens of kilometers of cycling trails that will take you through forests, primeval forests and forgotten villages. And all this over pleasant hilly terrain with beautiful views. But if you prefer a real adrenaline experience to enjoying the panoramas, you will enjoy the Rychlebské stezky with technical stone routes and modern flow trails.

If you set off from Černá vody to the north, you will find tracks for beginners and intermediates. As a reward for the route you have overcome, you can then swim in the beautiful Štachlovice or Kaolínka quarries.

However, it is a different story to the south of us. Routes for experienced bikers with the possibility of shortening the route through killer sections are not romantic. Push yourself here. Fortunately, we are ready for this and at home you can regenerate your tired muscles in our/your wellness zone.

ACCOMMODATION WITH YOUR OWN WELLNESS ZONE

You can choose between a gentle infrared sauna that heats up in a few minutes and a classic Finnish sauna for those who prefer traditional sweating. You can also relax in the jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 4 people. But there is nothing stopping you from booking it all for yourself.

In case of bad weather or if you simply don't feel like going anywhere, you can rent our projector and transform Fajn TAJM into an improvised cinema. We don't sell popcorn, but we can rent you a tap and a beer keg in our private "Here and Now" social area.

HOLIDAY IN RYCHLEBSKÉ HORÉ

Do you feel like a real trip? You can get to Bílá vody by bike or by car. Here you will stop at the Czech-Polish border and set off on the Hřebenovce ridge of the Rychlebské Horé Mountains, which is unknown to tourists. After 9 kilometers you will come across Borůvková hora with a lookout tower. Before the revolution, dissidents from both countries met at this secret place - for example Václav Havel and the leader of the Polish Solidarity Adam Michnik. From here it is another 10 km to the town of Javorník, where you can see the beautiful Jánský Vrch chateau, located on a rocky outcrop. Here there is a bus back to Bílá vody or to Žulová, from where it is only a short distance to us.

If you still have enough strength (or time the next day), set off from Javorník along the nature trail to the beautiful Devil's Pulpit viewpoint. Stories and legends are associated with it, but as you probably guessed, you won't laugh much at them. However, there is a wonderful view of the Račí údolí nature reserve from here, which is worth descending to. Treat yourself to a coffee in the Art Nouveau Tančírna, and then set off to explore the beauty of the local primeval forest on both sides of the Račí stream. Then you can reconnect with the Hřebenovky route.

Whether you want to enjoy the romance of the Nýznerovské waterfalls in the Rychlebské Mountains, the fear for your life on the Velbloud singletrack, or sweet idleness and a moment to yourself on our terrace, we will try to provide you with an honest and cozy environment with the entire Fajn TAJM team, that is, my family.
