We invite you to a Masurian house, which stood on a slope overlooking the lake. We built it for ourselves and we really wanted the project to fit into the natural surroundings and treat them with due respect. You will hardly find any plastic in the house and its vicinity - we have reduced its consumption to a minimum. Wherever possible, we used natural materials: wood and stone. Even the roof of the house is wooden: we didn't want to increase CO2 emissions by covering it with tiles. The plot is over 0.5 hectares and until recently it was located in complete isolation. Some time ago, neighbors showed up in the area. However, it is still a real sanctuary of peace for those who want to enjoy the peace and closeness of nature in their company. The house will be perfect for a comfortable family holiday or a getaway with a group of friends. At your disposal are 5 bedrooms in the following configurations: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed with a stunning view of the lake Bedroom 2: 1 double bed Bedroom 3: 2 single beds that can be combined into one Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds, for a total of 4 people, children's favorite Bedroom 5: 1 double bed on a mezzanine with a steep entrance / more suitable for older children or adults The house has 2 bathrooms with shower cabins. In the whole house, apart from the fireplace, there is underfloor heating, and the room above the garage is additionally heated with an oil radiator. In addition to sleeping, life here takes place in the large living room by the fireplace, at the banquet table or island, where you can cook, eat and drink great, using the fully equipped kitchen. In the spring and summer season, the over 100-meter terrace is the best place in the world, where, apart from the table, there is a lot of space for dancing, yoga and even a cinema under the stars. Feel free to come to work with us. The Internet works flawlessly and you won't get stuck in the middle of the call, and there will be a place to work at a large table.

Cooking together, like nothing else, serves integration during family reunions or parties with friends. You will have a large, comfortable kitchen at your disposal, and outside, a brick fireplace with a grate. We know you'll make something tasty. In the season, go ahead and use our greengrocer - you will find various herbs and salads, sometimes tomatoes and zucchini, and under the fence there will be bushes of raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. And if you feel like eating out, you can go to one of the nearby taverns or regional restaurants. We have collected our favorites for you below.

It is probably worth getting bored, but it is known that everyone rests differently. There is plenty of space to hide and read on a deckchair or a hammock. The area of 0.5 ha allows you to play football, badminton, catch fish from our pier, swim on SUPs or kayaks (you will have two SUPs and two kayaks at your disposal). Our terrace will certainly accommodate a dozen yoga mats. There are also beautiful cycling routes in the area. We have 2 bikes in stock, but we encourage you to bring your own. Perhaps you won't feel the need to go anywhere. But if you do feel, we encourage you to explore the area. What to see, what to experience? - The former Yotvingian sacrificial altar - is a stone's throw from us, in Stare Juchy. It is a boulder on which, according to legend, the Yotvingians made their sacrifices. The name of the village comes from the blood flowing over it, because the sauce is blood. - Stare Juchy itself is an interesting place. In the village you will see the building of the former Polish school from the 18th century, the historic manor and park complex or the parish church from the 16th century. - If the view from our slope only arouses your curiosity, go also to take a look at the area from other points. The lookout tower is located 700 meters behind Stare Juchy in the direction of the village of Zelki. You can also go to the opposite shore of Lake Jędzelewo, to Piaskowa Góra, to see the panorama stretching out from there. - You can get to Ełk by car in 20 minutes, and by bike in an hour. There you can see the ruins of the Teutonic castle standing on the peninsula of Lake Ełckie (the legend says that it was once connected to the city by an underground tunnel running under the lake), ride the narrow-gauge railway from 1917 or visit the Beekeeping Open-Air Museum - have you ever seen a historic street? - Ostoja Bobrów Bartosze Nature Reserve - who doesn't like beavers? And it just so happens that you are only 20 km away from this place. Beavers nest in the peat bog of the reserve, and apart from that, you will meet over 270 species of plants there (the reserve is only partially open to the public - make sure that it suits you).
