Here you can: run naked, tear your japan and eat pizza for all meals. You don't have to, but you can: take in the scent of the forest, soak your feet in the pond, go for long walks in the area and soak up the sauna after returning. Here you have to: take your favorite people. The ones where the corners of the mouth rise by themselves and with whom you sit until morning so that no one knows when it gets morning.

Where is it here? Near the forest, on a four-hectare plot in Polesie. Quite a bit behind the village, so that the inhabitants do not even want to walk this way, and the privacy is full and undisturbed. In a comfortable house with a swimming pool and cozy decor. There are not many stimuli here, the nearest attractions are far away, but there is a forest, space and silence that only you can disturb with a piano recital in the living room. Finally, do this family reunion, gather your friends for a weekend together or organize this hen party that nobody wants, but you have to. There is a good chance it will turn out nice here.

We invite you to the house, which was erected in seclusion: in the Polesie countryside, near the forest, on 4 hectares of fenced plot. We have the most sacred peace here, absolute privacy and plenty of space. And also a comfortable interior, thanks to which you will relax so humanly. There's a blues slack here and everyone does what they like. Dogs and cats too.

House has:
- 4 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 1 with a double and single bed, 1 with a single and a sofa bed),
- 2 bathrooms (1 with a bathtub, 1 with a shower)
- a lot of common space: in the living room, in the dining room, on the porch,
- large garden with a swimming pool, pond, soccer field and a view of the forest.

It is such an exclusive house for a group that wants to relax in its company. For a large family, a group of friends, for a family reunion, bachelor or hen party (just please do not exaggerate, because we love our manor house).

Here you can count on absolute privacy. We have no neighbors, the house is far from the village, and two sides of the plot border the forest.

You can easily work from here, so go ahead and fight with asaps and calls straight from the forest. We have high-speed internet, and two of the bedrooms have desks.

Probably pizza, because we have a great wood-fired oven where you can make a pie like from a pizzeria. In addition, in 6 minutes, because the oven heats up to 500 degrees. You can also bake bread!

However, everything is in your hands - the house is exclusively for you, so you will take care of cooking here yourself. The kitchen is very well equipped and you will not miss anything. Just remember to shop: the nearest shop is 7 km away.

In Tuczna - 7 km from us, there is Catering "Wspólna Chata" (tel. 83 306 76 76), where home-made dinners are prepared every day with pick-up or delivery, and delicious pizza from Wednesday to Sunday. There are two good restaurants in Wisznice, 20 km from us. From one of them you can order food with delivery.

How would I tell you that… There is not much to do here. When someone comes to us, it is for complete peace and privacy. If you dream of a complete distance from the world in an atmospheric and comfortable house near the forest, this is the address.

If you want to visit something, you can, although the closest attractions are not the closest. But if you want to go on a trip, the following are open:
- Janów Podlaski with its famous horse stud (book the tour in advance), a baroque palace and an alpacarium,
- Biała Podlaska with the Radziwiłł palace and park complex and the 18th-century Jewish cemetery,
- Radzyń Podlaski with its magnificent Potocki Palace,
- Poleski National Park with its picturesque paths through swamps and peat bogs,
- Sobibór Landscape Park with picturesque mid-forest lakes.

You can also spend summer days at Lake Białe in Okuninka (they have a sandy beach and leisure infrastructure there, but it is more of a tourist attraction) or go kayaking on the border of the Bug, starting in Sławatycze.

For kids, we have a lot of space here - to be used according to the imagination. You can wallow in the grass, play hide and seek on a large plot of land, play saw. Our swimming pool is a hit, in which the youngest like to soak until they drop, whenever the weather is nice. There is also a pond in the garden, where aspiring anglers can try their hand. And we have a play corner for kids: with books, games and toys.

When at some point you find that this silence is disturbing, don't worry, it's normal with us. Your work and conversations can only be disturbed by the singing of birds hiding in the forest. If you like to work among people, the dining room has a large table with chairs for 10 people. Here, each of your pack can comfortably sit down with their laptop. In the event that one person can't finish a coffee break and you are chasing a deadline, head to one of the two bedrooms. There are large comfortable desks waiting for you there, and of course chairs next to them. After dealing with business matters, it's time to relax. Put on your swimsuit, pour bubbles and jump into the pool. Such workation is to live not to die.
