Trzecia Góra - domek zagubiony w Beskidzie Wyspowym

I invite you to a house with a view. Cozy, pampered, close to nature. We put all our hearts into its construction and arrangement, and when you are not here, we enjoy spending time there. Therefore, when you come to us, it will most likely be me who will host you (although it may also happen that it will be my husband's family). House has: – 55 m² of usable area (a house with a mezzanine), – 2 lockable bedrooms upstairs (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds), – living room with a goat and dining table, – equipped kitchen, – 2 work desks, – hectare of unfenced plot around. During the construction, we used local (our Teri Góra) materials - a piece of a hazel fence weaved, stone, and fragments of wooden walls from grandma's old house. We gave new life to kitchen furniture, a chest of drawers, a coffee table and a desk. This is a house that will be perfect for a family holiday with older children (from 12 years old) or for a stay with a small group of friends. It is year-round and it is beautiful here, both sunny in summer and in winter by the fireplace. We have underfloor heating downstairs, i.e. in the living room, kitchen and bathroom, and there are radiators in the rooms upstairs. The house is warm from autumn to spring. Our closest neighbors, Mrs. Bronisława and her daughter, live about 300 meters from here. Apart from them, our neighbors are goats, squirrels, pheasants and two local buzzards, which sometimes hang around the area. Otherwise the place is quiet and secluded. One hectare of our land is ⅓ forest and the rest - meadows. ATTENTION! This is a place with difficult access in WINTER. Conditions vary, the road is rarely cleared of snow and sometimes icy. We recommend 4x4 and chains if you want to visit us during the frosty months. I invite you to the Third Mountain without your four-legged friends. Our plot is not fenced and we would not like to scare away any wild animals that pass through it. I believe you will understand.

At your disposal will be a whole well-equipped kitchen - one with an oven, dishwasher and microwave. Such that you will have nothing to prepare what you want. Needless to say, meals (especially breakfasts!) Taste best when eaten on a wooden bench in front of the house. They are meals with a view. And if, instead of cooking, you want to taste some local goodies, I can recommend a few nearby restaurants (you can find them below). Apparently, they eat tasty food in Jasicówka. It can be different with the Trout Station at the Łysa Góra ski lift, maybe you should have a cup of tea there, but it's worth it because of the wonderful views - this is an advantage of this place. You can go to my neighbors for local products. Mrs. Bronisława will gladly sell you milk, cheese and potatoes, and another neighbor, a little further away, fresh eggs.

As you can see in the photos, we have space, views and nature on the Third Mountain. And not much else. In the house itself and its surroundings, you can be bored as much as possible. We guess it will be delicious! We can offer you such unhurried entertainment as: - mushroom picking in autumn and picking blueberries and raspberries in summer, - reading books on a swing in a tree, - lounging in the grass, - doing yoga with a view of the mountains, - evening campfires with long conversations and staring at the stars. Since we primarily have an active perspective, we will gladly recommend you how to spend your time in motion here. Trzecia Góra is a perfect place for mountaineers, skiers and cross-country skiers - in a word: full mountain rest. - For sports enthusiasts, we recommend tennis courts at the city park in Limanowa, a sports hall, and in summer, an outdoor swimming pool with a beach ball pitch. - In winter, the mountainous terrain provides ideal conditions for tobogganing sports. - Lovers of white madness are invited to the ski lifts on Łysa Góra and in the immediate vicinity: Laskowa, Kasina Wielka and Szczawa. - For amateurs of cross-country skiing, the possibilities are simply endless. Popular routes are on Mogielica, the highest peak of the Beskid Wyspowy. - Clean streams, seasonally stocked with fish, are an attraction for anglers. In the nearest Potok Starowiejski and the Łososinka river, you can most often find chubs and trouts. - For hikers there are, of course, beautiful mountain trails, as well as observation towers, among others: near Jaworze, in Modynia, in Mogielica. The cross on Limanowa Miejska Góra is twice as tall as the famous cross in the Tatra Mountains and is the largest structure of this type in Poland. There is also an observation deck from which you can admire the panorama of the city of Limanowa, Beskid Wyspowy, Sądecki, Gorce and the Tatra Mountains. - And for hedonists, we would like to inform you that about 40 km from the Third Mountain in Poręba Wielka there are thermal baths with swimming pools, SPA Wellness and an auapark.
