You are welcomed by Dorota, Maciej and our son Kuba at the Lime Trees. Together, we have been creating a habitat in Masuria for years. Everyone has a role here where they feel at home. Maciej makes the best breakfast pizza in the Piski district, Dorota bakes great cakes for morning coffee, together we show new Guests around the Recreation. Kuba is the master of alpacas, it is with him that you will be able to serve dinner to Norbie, Silver and Dron every day around 20:00. Kuba can also be your helmsman if you decide to swim on the nearby lakes. Although we live locally, we try to give you as much freedom as possible. We have a large area, and there are plenty of places to hide. There is a swimming pond and a stocked pond by the new house, there is a sauna and jacuzzi, a gazebo, hammocks, deckchairs and a playground.
As you can see, we have something nice for everyone. So there is a house by the pond on a separate plot, there is also a guest house with cozy rooms and a common living room. There is also a semi-detached house in Wypoczynek (available soon). Don't worry about the crowd though. Everyone organizes their time in their own way. Some go to the lake (approx. 5 km) on bicycles available on site, others sunbathe by the pond. Parents with children spend a lot of time with alpacas. In the evening, guests light a bonfire or grill, read books on the terrace. That is the quintessence of holiday laziness. Holiday season, because we operate from April to the end of October, but it is most dynamic during the holidays. We are most pleased when guests come back to us. So we invite you for the first and subsequent visits.
We have several types of accommodation near Lipami, and we - the hosts - also live here. We operate seasonally from April to the end of October. We have a large area full of nooks and crannies, so even in the peak of the season you will be calm here and there will be a place to rest and hide.
In our area you will find:
Pension with 4 rooms (2-bed and 3-bed) and a common area. Here during the holidays we serve you breakfast, and after breakfast we give this space at your disposal. There is a fireplace, sofas, TV with Netflix, there are board games, billiards.
A house by the pond, which stands on a separate plot (close to our farm with alpacas). Here you can have exclusive intimacy. It is designed for a maximum of 6 people, although 4 people will be most comfortable here, because there are two bedrooms, and basically it is a mezzanine with a double bed and two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage overlooks the stocked pond.
Outside there is a place to relax equipped with deckchairs, a hammock, a barbecue.

Guests receive a remote control for the gate, so you will be able to move freely.
At the house by the pond there is a gate without an automatic gate.
The house has a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, sink, kettle, pots, tableware).
Each room has a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. There is no access to a communal kitchen in the Pension.
From mid-June, throughout the holidays, we serve breakfast for you in the common space of the Guesthouse (also for guests of the house). We put our whole heart into breakfast, which rewards us with the delight of our guests. We come up with something different every day. There are fresh vegetables from our own garden, homemade preserves, salads, pancakes, croissants, and delicious coffee. And the star - pizza. The one from the smorgasbord disappears the fastest.
For dinner, we usually recommend a bike trip for dumplings. We have bicycles on site, and a kilometer from us are known to the whole area of Pierogi at Ewa Osiniak-Piotrowo.
Masuria, pick up! It's vacation time. It so happens that we have everything we need to rest, basically without moving from the place. Or moving a little and not far. At the end of the asphalt road, overlooking the fields, and at the same time 5 km from Ruciane-Nida. The garden is really big and full of nooks and crannies, so that everyone will find a place for themselves. Whether by the ponds (there are two) or on the playground or in a hammock under a tree.
When it rains, there is a common room in the guest house. With sofas, fireplace, billiards, TV with Netflix, board games. In fact, when it rains, but it's warm, you can also take a bath in the swimming pond. The pond is located in the immediate vicinity of the guest house, the other is next to the cottage, and is intended for guests of the cottage exclusively.
In the garden there are also deckchairs, a jacuzzi, a sauna, there are hammocks, there are shaded places to read a book, a wooden swing, a gazebo with a grill.
Like Masuria, you are certainly interested in how far it is to the lake.
The closest to us is Bełdany Lake, but we do not recommend going there. It is much quieter, more intimate and with beautiful sunsets at Lake Duś, 5 km from us. The beach is located right next to the Female Monastery of the Old Believers in Wojnowo. You can take bikes (we have them for you free of charge on site) and go to the beach. And once you are there, be sure to take an interest in the Wojnowski Festival of Photography. On the rural fences from June to the end of September there are photographs of photographers invited to participate. It is the only such art gallery in the country.
Another noteworthy lake is Nidzkie, and above it the beach at the Pod Dębem marina. You can rent bicycles, kayaks, sailboats or motorboats there. If you want to take a motorboat to the lake, we can help you with that. Kuba, the host, has a license and is a helmsman, so he can be your captain.
If you prefer to take a bath in the cold current of the river, then by bike, 3 km from us in Wojnowo, you can take a bath in Krutynia. And if Krutynia is, of course, kayaks.
Bicycles on site allow for great mobility and abandonment of the car for the duration of the holiday. They can take you to the Orthodox church in Wojnowo, Ukta, Ruciane, the Pranie forester's lodge (Museum of Konstanty Ildefons Gałczyński). Although you should not expect asphalt cyclopaths and you have to reckon with gravel and sand special sections, but the landscapes reward everything.

What’s there for children?
Oh, the kids are having fun with us. In the morning they splash in the pond (safe bottom in the swimming pond), run barefoot on the grass, and then go kayaking with their parents. In the afternoon, time for badminton, integration with other children from the guesthouse and a run to the playground. And from the playground you can admire alpacas. Norbi, Silver and Dron are the inhabitants of our farm. Remember, however, that you can stroke and feed them only under the supervision of Kuba's host, who knows them best. In the evening, around 8:00 p.m., Kuba leads the animals to the stable and serves them dinner. This is when you can drop in to feed the alpacas, hear Cuba's animal stories, and learn more about these camel cousins.
