We invite you to a comfortable wooden house with a terrace and a large green area around. We are located in a rural colony in Roztocze - 10 km from Zamość and 22 from Zwierzyniec. We have neighbors around us, mainly farms, but the land is large and the place is perfect for intimate relaxation. House has: – 4 bedrooms, some on the ground floor, some on the first floor, · 3 for 2 people (double beds), · 1 for 3 people (3 single beds), – 5 bathrooms (in each bedroom and one additional one), – living room connecting with the dining room and kitchen, – terrace with an area of 40 m². The house is rented exclusively, and the number of bedrooms available depends on the number of guests. You can come to us in min. 4 people, max. 9. All bedrooms will be open and you can choose the ones that suit you. The entire farm area is at your disposal. We have a garden, fruit trees, and a stable where horses live at certain times. We laugh that we run a horse sanatorium here. You can interact with the horses and feed them if you want. And if not, just observe from a distance. If you want to come with your own horse, you can too. Seriously. We welcome pets (max. 2), the area is fenced, but keep in mind that there are many burkas living nearby who have never heard of a leash. You will need to watch out for accidental dog encounters.

This is an exclusive house, you will take care of cooking here, but we will be happy to bring you gastronomic support. 1. We have a Special Cabinet here, where we keep delicacies for you. You will find there Roztocze products: honey, coffee from a local roaster, preserves, and soon also wine, because this region is famous for its good wineries. Sometimes there are also nuts or eggs. After all, you just leave us the payment for the selected treats. 2. If you need fresh veggies or more eggs (or no cupboard), let us know. We'll arrange everything at Grandma Marianna's. Enjoy the fruit from our trees as much as you want during the season. 3. Upon arrival, you will find a list of recommendations with places where you can eat tasty food. Roztocze has a very tasty cuisine, largely based on vegetarian dishes. This is the land of onion, Roztocze trout, broad bean, Biłgoraj dumplings or cabbage rolls with buckwheat. You will eat well and healthy in the area. 4. We also have a barbecue and a designated place for a bonfire. Why don't you throw fish on the grill or make vegetable skewers on warm days?

We would love for you to be a little bored with us, because boredom is good. For this purpose, we have prepared hammocks for you on the large terrace overlooking the pasture, deckchairs in the garden and this one fabulous swing hanging on a tree. We have a large green area at your disposal here: to lie in the grass, watch the resident horses, and run barefoot. You can play badminton or football. At home, there are books, games and Play Station for long evenings. TUB We leave at your disposal the largest hot tub available on the market: up to 8 people can splash in it. The cost is PLN 300 for the entire stay. Why? We do not use chemicals and we replace the water after each guest (we water the garden with the used water). We will prepare the wood for you and you can use the hot tub without any restrictions. We can also light it upon your arrival, if you wish. Important information for bubble fans: the tub has a jacuzzi function. SAUNA There will also be a wood-fired Finnish sauna waiting for you on site. It can accommodate 6 people during one session. The sauna has a large window overlooking the pasture and forest, which allows you to relax even better. In fact, there are plenty of attractions waiting for you in Roztocze - all good ones. You can actively, culturally or completely slowly, close to nature. BIKE ROUTES We have a paradise for cyclists here - safe, asphalt routes rarely used by cars. The Green Velo trail runs nearby. There are many options for fun trips. We will be happy to send you our favorite routes, you can also find information in our little guide. And in spring we will have bikes for rent. KAYAKS Roztocze is great for kayaking - especially for beginners. The local rivers, the Wieprz and Tanew, are shallow, and the routes are undemanding (2-6 hours), so you can take kids along. HORSE RIDING We don't offer horse riding yet, but we have several friendly stud farms in the area where you can go for horse riding lessons. Information on site. VINEYARD VISITS They say that Roztocze is Polish Tuscany. For this reason, many vineyards are established here, and we can only encourage you to follow their trail, i.e. practice enotourism in Roztocze. Of course, we will tell you where. VISITING ZAMOSC The city built by Jan Zamoyski is included on the Unesco World Heritage List and it would be a great loss not to see it, being so close. Zamość is said to be the Polish pearl of the Renaissance. Be sure to visit the Zamość market square with the oldest operating pharmacy in Poland (from the early 17th century). It is also worth visiting the exhibition of historical costumes, the best-preserved late Renaissance synagogue in Poland, or seeing the house where Marek Grechuta was born. CINEMA IN ZWIERZYŃC The Summer Film Academy takes place in Zwierzyniec, to which we encourage all cinema lovers. Moreover, films can be watched there in the summer, not only during the festival. You can also catch an open-air screening in the evenings at the brewery, just check the film screening dates. And the brewery itself is also worth visiting: in May, June and September you can visit it from Friday to Sunday. In July and August, visits are possible from Wednesday to Sunday. ROZTOCZA NATIONAL PARK Did you know that you can meet wild horses in Poland? The Polish horse lives in the forests of the Roztocze National Park and you have a chance to see it during a trip to the park. It is worth taking a walk along the Dune Path to Stawy Echo and the cognitive path to Biała Góra. There you will find an observation tower. There are also other marked nature and educational paths leading through the park's reserves. Be sure to visit the Belfont Uroczysko, where Marysieńka and Jan Sobieski met. AND IN WINTER? It's good to sit by the fireplace, but you don't have to spend time only at home. Here are some ideas on how to have fun during your holidays in Roztocze: – ski slope in Jacnia, – snowtubing in Jacnia, – cross-country ski trails in Bondyrz, – horse sleigh rides, – ice rink on the market square in Zamość.
