The estate in Kocourovy Lhotky used to be the largest and most important in the area. The skilful Mr. Tošer managed it until 1948, before the entire building was nationalized. And as you can probably guess, in 2000 the Vítkovičs bought a complete ruin, not a farm.

They renovated the farmhouse building into a fantastic shape. Although it looks like the original building from the outside, inside you will know that someone with a creative soul thought about the solution. Each of the 5 apartments (and one studio) is unique. But all of them are completely functional, comfortable and thought out in detail. And Jitka and Víťa are proud to welcome you to the Kocourek Apartments and show you the majestic garden and the historic villa, which is just waiting for its second life after the renovation.

Go in search of peace in the Highlands. Perhaps you will also find here a mythical city that sank into the ground in the Rousín forest, the ghost of a heartless pond owner who had a man built into the dyke, or the Posvátnica well, which cured the priest of such a medical ailment as sunken eyes. And that's saying something!

The whole of Kocourav Lhotky is such semi-solitude. However, only 7 residents live here permanently. There is beautiful peace and undisturbed views everywhere. Not far from the apartments, there are two sparkling ponds (in which you can also swim) and the picturesque Kladinský potok nature reserve breathes right next to them. All this is part of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. In addition, Pelhřimov, Křemešník, Humpolec, and the legendary "Kojčice u Pejřimov" are within easy reach, where you can refresh yourself in the Inn at Plhů.

The family farm, which is hundreds of years old, stands on a large, green plot of land. Expansive terrace, outdoor seating, swimming pool, playground, trees and complete, but complete peace. That is, before you let the children out into the garden. :)

We renovated the farmhouse building so that each apartment has a sufficient amount of space. Whether you choose the one with one or the one with two bedrooms, you will always be able to meet in the common room with kitchen, sitting area and children's corner.

When arranging, we had families with children in mind. In addition to the children's facilities in each apartment, the entire garden with a trampoline, playground, sandpit and (under the supervision of adults) a large outdoor pool is available for children. While the children will be swinging, sliding and bouncing, the adults can take refuge under the garden pergola with a coffee, a book, a glass of wine or a large bowl of grilled meat.

Vysočina is a paradise for hikers and cyclists. And even skiers will find enjoyment here. So whether you are going on an active vacation full of experiences, or you just want to curl up under the covers and enjoy a moment alone, we are happy to welcome you.

Each apartment and studio has a designer, modernly equipped kitchen. You can push a children's dining chair, which we lend you, to the dining table, or let the children struggle with dining on their own. They can eat alone at the small table of the table, and then paint or create in other ways.

How to avoid cooking and at the same time excite the whole family? PICNIC! Rent one of our picnic blankets and find a patch of garden that exactly matches your sun/shade requirements. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the grass - romance for parents, endless fun for children and ants.

In the garden there is also a fireplace, 2 types of grills and 3 different sitting areas under pergolas. We also have blankets ready for colder evenings, but you can also warm up by running around the garden with the children. You can get fantastic aged beef not far from us. Biofarm in Jelcový Lhotky takes care of such stars as Angus, Charolais, Limousine or Gasconne in ecological conditions.

Welcome to the Highlands. Here you can do everything. We mainly go here to rest, and even parents with very active children will be able to find that long-sought moment for themselves thanks to the wide range of activities here. You'll sleep in comfortable beds, enjoy your morning coffee on the porch or in the grass, laze by the pool on the deckchairs, grill something to your heart's content... And enjoy the beautiful views of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands all day long.

Cycling routes will take you to Pelhřimov, Červená Řečica, Humpolka and Křemešník. In winter, you definitely won't stay short and instead of walking (or riding) shoes, put on ski boots or jump into cross-country skiing. Or you'll stay in the covers. We'll leave that entirely up to you.

Although the farm is almost isolated in a small village, there are many wonderful natural and historical monuments, galleries and museums in the vicinity. No matter which direction you go, you will be rewarded with fragrant nature, historic towns or family attractions. But you don't have to do everything again. Slow Travel is the best way to get well.

In each family apartment you will find an adorable children's corner with a table, crayons, books and toys. Apartment No. 1 even has a chest of drawers with a changing table. But we also have equipment for babies available for others - just say and we will prepare everything.
