In 2008, a cozy Tiny House was built on a plot of land overgrown with wild herbs. Fragrant Canadian log cabin made of cedar wood - a two-story sewing room for one, or a romantic cozy for two. Here you will have the opportunity to connect with nature and draw vitality and longevity under a 300-year-old linden tree.

Yes, you heard that right.
You wanted adventure and a stay in nature, so don't think that you will drive to the cabin. First, you will have to wade through a shallow stream (in winter, better in rubber boots than barefoot), and only after this ritual you can spend your vacation in a beautifully furnished cabin with a soothing view of the stars and the surrounding area.

The log cabin near Brno and its entire surroundings seem wild and unrestrained. But you will see for yourself how much cosiness and tenderness it hides in itself.

You wake up in the morning without an alarm clock. Maybe by the chirping of birds in the branches, maybe by the sight of a grazing doe that will enjoy its breakfast right outside your windows. You can see directly into the garden from the bedroom through the glass front. Specifically, on our wise, 300-year-old linden tree.

The cozy upstairs bedroom feels homely and smells of cedar wood. It is just the right size for two lovers. On the lower floor there is a kitchen equipped just for you, a dining area, a sitting area with a TV and a bathroom with a shower (and of course hot water). You have to walk 20 steps behind the cottage to get to the dry toilet, but that's part of the adventure. And don't worry, we take good care of her.

In the living room, sit on the sofa or at the beautiful solid wood dining table. Here you can watch TV, relax with a book or, if you came for Workation, work. We have TV and WiFi.

You can relax anywhere on the vast property. On the grass, under the lime tree, or on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture. If you come in the warm months, it would be a shame not to use the outdoor fireplace. In winter, move the fire to the fireplace for good well-being and warm up with electric direct heaters.

The spacious kitchen is surprisingly well equipped. In addition to the classic utensils for baking, cooking and microwaving, we have prepared a Nespresso coffee machine, a blender and a juicer for you.

Try preparing roasted meat or vegetables on the outdoor fireplace. And if you're not in the mood to even get close to the "stove", there's still the option of going to a restaurant. Our accommodation is located in a semi-secluded area, but just hop on a bike or tie your shoes and you're "in civilization" in no time.

On the (almost) infinite lot, you can enjoy lounging in the grass, weaving wreaths of dandelions, running aimlessly back and forth, and you can even roll barrels here. Don't be ashamed to go back to your childhood at all. No one will see or hear you here.

You can reach the forest directly from us, where you can spend more than one afternoon pondering. If you walk or cycle around the area, you will be fascinated by the ruins of medieval castles and fortresses, which are blessedly hidden in the vicinity of Skryjí.

Worth exploring is Trenckova Rokle, a beautiful rock gorge with a system of small waterfalls. A little further from us is the natural monument Květnice and the reserve Sokolí skála. With both you will enjoy beautiful views and well-preserved forests, reminiscent of primeval forests.

You can have fun in the Šiklova mill complex. Here is a western town with different types of performances during the day - theater, western and dance - as well as pubs, bars, cafes, competitions, rodeo, archery or electric bull riding. You can even wear a period costume here to fit in. (We remind you again that it is a very liberating feeling to go back to childhood for a while.) And in the summer you can even swim here.

And celebrate the return to adulthood cheerfully by visiting the Květnice brewery or the Porta Coeli monastery brewery, where you can buy a few liters of honest local souvenirs.
