Sušárna švestek u Křivoklátu

There is a cottage area three kilometers from Křivoklát. There is a 2,000 square meter plot of land on the hill above the cottages, on which I have been doing various gardening, carpentry and manual work for 2 years. And after 2 years, I've reached the point where I'm proud of my fragrant Tiny House, the larch pier over the DIY pond with blooming irises, and every single plum tree I've planted. And that's why I can (finally!) invite you here. You can directly reach the main, i.e. the only, room of the Sušárny via the terrace with seating. You walk on the new floor and find out how many places it squeaks pleasantly. Your eye will surely fall on the hanging armchair with a mini-library in the gap between the wall and the beam. Behind it is hidden a comfortable double bed, from which you have a view straight to two sides of the world. The ladder leads to the relaxation floor. You can cozy up on a futon under the roof and read, meditate, or just think and plan. I carefully insulated the walls and the roof with linen wool and covered them with Nordic spruce wood. So even if it's cold outside, you can heat up the living room with the fireplace stove. There is no Wi-Fi, let alone TV or air conditioning! In short, it's a glamping experience in a former plum and herb drying house, where you go back in time a little and generally SWITCH OFF. But believe me, we all need it sometimes, without exception. The bathroom didn't fit in the dryer, so it's in the garden. The shower is outdoor and uses filtered rainwater. In the summer, complete relaxation, in the off-season it's a bit of Wim Hof training. The toilet is ecological - compostable. The entire garden/jungle is available for you to sit and take a walk while tasting plums, grapes or raspberries.

For a long time, the kitchen line resembled a punk in a carpentry workshop, but in the end I managed to give it the right culinary flair. You can cook here on a gas stove. Basic dishes are available here for you. There is no well, but there is a drinking water pump between the cottages below the hill. And here I will put it in the Dryer. The nearest pub is a 40 minute walk along the river, which is actually a very pleasant distance. But if it seems too far for you, don't forget to bring your own snacks so your stomach doesn't growl here. In the morning you can run out to the terrace or the grass with a cup of tea, and in the evening cuddle up to each other by the fire.

My beloved Tiny House in CHKO Křivoklátsko is offline, off grid, off road... off the road, you can experience wonderful moments in two, or even in one, for which there is no time in normal life. Stop by and enjoy Slow Travel in its purest form. You will be accommodated in complete privacy. You can only get here through my land. They cannot see you at all from the cottages under the hill, because the garden is surrounded by an oak forest. I won't force you to go on trips, but if you don't know Křivoklátsko, I can only strongly recommend that you walk a few kilometers here.
