hello! My name is Joanna and I invite you to the forest, to Lesser Poland, and to be precise to Klecza Górna. There is an almost hundred-year-old wooden house here, from which as a child I would run straight into the meadows, jump over the stream and run further, through the forest. I greeted the evenings on the swing, sitting in complete silence and waiting for the stars. What has changed since then? Not much really. Dom Pod Lasem 44 is still like the grandparents' house, which we yearn for in adulthood. Do not listen to cars here, lamps do not brighten the night, you can pick chives for scrambled eggs from the garden, and you can get real honey next door at Mrs. Irenka's.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people in two rooms and an apartment on the ground floor. If you are thirsty for exercise, I recommend walking around Jaroszowicka Góra, cycling (e.g. along the Velo Skawa route) and swimming in Lake Mucharskie. Bathing suits will also come in handy in a heated garden tub. If you miss the city, you can get to Wadowice in 10 minutes to meet a local celebrity: her Excellency Cream Pie. And anticipating questions - yes, we accept nice guests for hen and stag weekends.

The house has two bedrooms, each with a large double bed and two single beds. There's also an additional suite on the ground floor with two sofa beds that sleep four. It can serve as a third bedroom or a large living room for everyone. The house boasts original wooden plank floors, curved walls that have a long history, solid wood beds and wardrobes, numerous living plants, and sacred paintings that have always hung there.

The house is surrounded by a garden and some of the more daring trees, which later merge into a large forest that covers Jaroszowicka Góra. A covered gazebo and a fireplace are also available.

A sauna and a heated hot tub are available on-site (PLN 700 for the entire stay).

If you want to prepare something yourself, there is enough space for it, because the house has a full-size, well-equipped kitchen, and there is an additional kitchenette in the apartment. From the garden you can bring chives, onions, mint, basil, cherry tomatoes and a lot of fruit. You can order real honey next door, and we'll be happy to throw country eggs from Grandma Broni.

If you don't want to cook, below are some proven restaurant addresses (many of them have the delivery option).

Regardless of the weather, you can relax in the hot tub with whirlpool (if it rains, a large, extendable umbrella is available). A few steps away is a large gazebo, a mobile barbecue, a fire pit with a grate, and a cauldron. We also have a court with a net (suitable for volleyball or badminton), a sauna, and swings.

Near the house is a yellow trail that will take you to the summit of Jaroszowicka Góra. A more attractive option, however, is to hike from the house via Bystra. This isn't listed on the maps, but there's a yellow sign on a tree at the fork in the trails—including the one leading to Jaroszowicka Góra. From here, continue to Lake Mucharskie, with an exit above the viewpoint.

The Velo Skawa trail, with a total length of 126 km, is a prime cycling destination. The surrounding roads, however, allow you to plan a shorter loop :) A 10-minute drive separates you from Lake Mucharskie, where you'll find spots for resting or swimming. Equally close is the atmospheric Wadowice, where you can sample the must-try papal cream cakes.

Children can feel real freedom with us! In the house they will find games and toys, and in the garden there are swings, a volleyball court and plenty of space to run freely. In winter, you can go sledging or hay sacks, there is also the option of organizing a sleigh ride.
