At a glance
Sometimes people's fates lead in random directions. However, we chose this place and this house very consciously. On the slope of Cyrna Góra, in Gorce, with such a view of the Tatra Mountains that cars automatically slow down to admire. In the vicinity of a cow's pasture, the best cycling and ski-touring routes, we have built a recycled yurt. Not just any, because it was built for two months by thirty people as part of natural construction workshops run by the Cohabitat foundation. Ecological, because it is insulated with sheep's wool and material derived from recycling clothes. And finally second-hand, because for three years the yurt stood in Łódź and our friends' friends lived there. Permanently, all year round. After 3 years in a yurt, my friends moved to Sweden, and we bought the house from them and moved to the mountains.
If life close to nature (really close, because the cows from the neighboring pasture like to lie next to the yurt) you are a brother, you dream of yoga on a terrace with a panorama of the Tatra Mountains, and kayaks on the Dunajec sound like your best adventure, then we invite you to Wild at Heart . You can hide here for creative work, be amazed by the number of stars and warm up by the fireplace. In winter, be sure to get chains for your wheels, because although our road is a district, the steep descent to the yurt may require support.

Sometimes we are on-site, sometimes we're not
I love traveling, active recreation, and places far from crowds. I feel most at home close to nature—in the mountains, on a bike, or in a campervan. That's why I created a place I'd love to visit myself, to slow down, relax, and disconnect from everyday life.
I work in the recycling industry and develop my own startup related to new technologies and the circular economy. After work, I love to hit the road—on foot, by bike, or in a campervan. One such adventure was a bicycle trip through southern Italy from Bari to Palermo.
The Observatory Cottage arose from the need to create a simple, peaceful place surrounded by nature, with beautiful views and space to relax. I wanted it to be a place where you could both actively spend time in the mountains and simply sit, admire the surrounding landscape, and do nothing.
