An old house stands in a quiet neighborhood not far from the city center. Villa Letná is called And although its roots (or foundations, if you will) are said to date back to 1804, it doesn't look its age at all. With respect and love for her wrinkles, we keep improving her and what we love most about her... We won't stress you out - just everything. From the vicinity of the Elbe, from which we are only separated by a cycle path, through the garden, where it blooms, lives, hums, cackles and chatters. We cannot deny that we are lovers of garden design. And to top it all off, we fell head over heels in love not only with our house or garden, but also with upcycling and refurbishing furniture.
Since that's how things go at our house and we like to share good things, we decided not only to organize renovation workshops, but also to start renovating part of our house into a suite. With a separate entrance and also with a separate garden so that you have enough privacy for your relaxation. And while you're here, don't hesitate to check out the pieces we've given a second life. But also take a trip around the area, relax and end the day in the sauna or enjoy a glass of wine under the evening sky.

Hi, I'm Věra, my husband Martin and I have lived in Brandýs for almost twenty years. The first mention of Villa Letná dates from 1804, and both the place and the house have their unforgettable charm, mainly thanks to the view of the Elbe, from which we are only separated by a cycle path. My family acquired the house here in restitution in a not-so-good condition and we've been improving it ever since. Our hobbies and profession are garden, flowers, garden design, furniture renovation, textile design, upcycling, we enjoy transforming space and things into something beautiful. Our house and garden are not perfect, they are still developing, in addition to beautiful flower beds, we have firewood in remote parts, a chicken coop and a duck coop, as well as corners overgrown with nettles, nature gives us butterflies and bumblebees for this. Five years ago, we decided to use the part of the house, which has a separate garden and entrance, to create an apartment for rent. Just outside Prague, on the Polabská cycle path, we offer space not only for cyclists, fishermen, boaters, pilgrims and people looking for rest.
