The first of the houses on stilts, where you can rest with us, drove 300 km to us, and when it arrived, the gentlemen from the team said they would not build it. There is no option, no way, nothing will come of it. The trees are too thick and the ground too muddy. On that day, each of us got gray hair on the temples, and we said hello to the assumed budget. How we finally succeeded, let it remain our secret. We already had experience with the latter. It went smoothly.
Today both stand here: among the trees, with a rope bridge and a tub on the terrace. In the nearby area of my native land, where I spent every summer as a kid. When I was older, friends joined me and now we invite you here together. There are no miracles on a stick in Kozice: there is a forest, a meadow, there is Okrzejka oozing lazily. You can sail along it by kayak, which you can rent a few kilometers from here. We have fast internet if you want to work from the terrace. If you want to forget about work, we will be happy to prepare a hot bath in the tub for your arrival, so that you can immediately get wet from hundreds of e-mails and tasks with the asap pro status. You won't find everyday life here. You'll be walking around, reading and looking into the distance, so completely aimless.
Our houses on the platform stood among the trees - we did not want to interfere with the terrain. Thanks to this, the terraces offer views of a 2-hectare plot, one with a bit of forest and a bit of meadow. We are located in Mazovia, but very close to the Lublin region, near the Okrzejka River. Halfway between Warsaw and Lublin.
Domek Polny and Leśny are very similar to each other, and the differences concern the colors. Both have:
– 1 bedroom with 2 people bed (at the back, with large windows),
– 2 sleeping places on a double bed on the mezzanine,
– 2 sleeping places on a fold-out sofa (here you can, for example, put the kids, but it will be most comfortable for you in a house for 2 or 4 adults),
– a very well-equipped kitchenette,
– a table in the living room where you can eat or work,
– a bathroom with a shower,
– terrace with table and chairs,
– a hot tub accessed via a rope bridge.
The plot is not fenced and we do not intend to fence it - take this into account if you want to come here with your pets. At your disposal with a dog or a cat is Dom Polny.
In each cottage we have prepared a place for a bonfire, which we have equipped with a grate and baking sticks. In addition, we offer you 4 bicycles, swings under the house, deckchairs and everything you need to cut yourself off from civilization, and the main attractions are silence and nature.

The houses are about 70 meters apart and both are surrounded by trees, so you can count on complete intimacy.
You can order breakfast baskets from us – and what baskets they are! For PLN 40 per person, you will be stuffed with deliciousness. They are prepared by our friend Mrs. Ilona. You will find bread from a local bakery, something sweet, e.g. buns or a cake baked by Mrs. Ilona, eggs from her hens, cottage cheese, butter, cream and vegetables. Everything is seasonal and fresh. On weekends, breakfast is delivered on Saturday, for 2 days.
Using the kitchenette, you can prepare the rest of the meals yourself, and if cooking is not your thing, you will find a list of our gastronomic recommendations in the area below.

Hey, have you heard that boredom is a privilege? It's nice to do nothing sometimes, unstimulate yourself in the middle of nowhere and breathe the air from the forest. We have all these nice things for you at the Działka Station, where you come:
– eat long breakfasts on the terrace, reading a newspaper, not a tablet,
– warm yourself in a tub under the stars (or not, because you can start soaking in the morning),
– bake sausages or marshmallows by the fire and talk about everything and nothing,
– rocking in a hammock, reading books and listening to podcasts,
– go for walks in the area: in forests, meadows and by the river,
– ride a bike (we have 4 bikes for you: women's and men's, free of charge).
And where can you choose from us?
- you can catch a fish in the Agro-Tartak fishing spot (10 minutes by car) - take your fishing rods!,
– visit the phenomenal Museum of the Air Force in Dęblin, which is wall-to-wall adjacent to the most famous school of pilots in Poland - the School of Eaglets,
– an hour-long car trip will separate you from the Kozienicki Landscape Park, where a wild forest, river valleys and swamps await you; it is said that Władysław Jagiełło himself used to go hunting there, so visitors to the park willingly choose the path to the Royal Springs,
– in the palace in Kozienice from 1777, the former palace of Stanisław August Poniatowski (or rather its surviving fragment), you will visit the Regional Museum, where you can see, for example, an exhibition of Kozienice folk sculpture,
– 50 minutes separates you from Nałęczów, a famous health resort, where you will go for a nice walk in the spa park, where you will see stone sculptures pleasing to the eye and drink hot chocolate, and on the streets of Nałęczów you will be able to admire historic villas,
- just a bit further to Kazimierz Dolny, and there: beautiful historic tenement houses and churches, a synagogue from 1536, lots of charming galleries and cafes; a walk through the famous gorges and a trip to the picturesque nearby Mięćmierz, a former rafting village, are also good.
What’s there for children?
While we don't have any special goodies for kids, apart from those provided by nature, as well as board games and books, there are plenty of attractions in the area. Their slow nature is debatable, but maybe if your charges are not enough for walking and running in the grass, you will be grateful, for example, for the Illusion Farm less than 10 km from here. This is a family amusement park in the woods with playgrounds, merry-go-rounds and magic shows. We also have the Discovery Forest in the vicinity and it's a dope: a sensory, educational forest park for kids, without a festival and motley. We would walk on it ourselves, and corners such as Pieńkowa Polana or Korzeniowe Huśtawki absolutely appeal to us. There is also a place with a super-prepared beach called Wyspa Wisła, and if you get bored of splashing in the water, you can take advantage of the attractions of the Adventure Islands, which are located in the same area.
What’s there for employees?
Our houses have traveled 300 km for us, so you can also make such a journey and check if the Działka Station is a place to settle in. Time is your ally here, so you can perform your daily duties in slow motion, at the table overlooking the surrounding forest. On the other hand, on spring days, we recommend moving your laptop to the terrace, but we warn you that your lungs may not be ready for such an amount of clean air. The house is in the wilderness, away from other people, so you don't have to worry about noise and disturbances.
After morning coffee, it's time to quickly finish emails on the couch or swing under the house and it's high time to close the laptop.
