Apparently, it was in the loggia of the lower apartment that Gomułka liked to sit down with a cup of coffee the most. In the 1970s, just after he was removed from power, he spent his holidays here every year. “All he needed was mushroom soup and white cheese,” recalls Mr. Stanisław, who worked at the center as an intendant and hunter for several decades. A cow was brought especially for the First Secretary so that there would never be a shortage of fresh milk. The government recreation center in Łęgucki Młyn welcomed dignitaries of the Polish People's Republic for several dozen years, and it was the only property on Lake Łęguty that had the best conditions for this. 7.5 ha of area with private access to the lake, its own, historic, 150-year-old hydroelectric power plant, three villas. From a certain point, there was also a wooden holiday house made of Siberian pine, a gift from Nikita Khrushchev, brought from Russia in parts.

We won't have cows for you - at least for now. We can offer you a stay in a completely new version of Łęgucki Młyn. With reverence and respect for the design of the era, but with our own idea of how to relax comfortably, we restored the interior of the center. We filled them with the design we love: there are iconic designs and new ones worth your attention. And in these sophisticated spaces enlivened with a pinch of color, you, in your favorite group, may be there. We invite you to yoga workshops, integration trips or work holidays. We are also available for family reunions, birthdays and weddings. We will welcome you in comfort and extraordinary surroundings - there is nothing around except forest and water, and part of the property is located in the "Ostoja Beaver Refuge on the Pasłęka River" reserve. Something tells us that you will have as much rest here as party notables. We are opening a new chapter.

Łęgucki Młyn is an ideal place for group trips. You can organize an integration meeting, workation for your employees, yoga workshops, family reunions, birthdays and even an intimate wedding. Each of the events for which you need rooms for its participants and space to spend time together.

We have 8 rooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom, and 2 apartments downstairs - with a shared bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and a bookcase, passing into the dining room (table for 18 people).

There are 20 places to sleep. We also have very comfortable fold-out mattresses, which we can optionally spread in the rooms (then we will host you up to 25 people).

We are in the process of creating a yoga room (available from May) and adapting the space in the basement: there will be a massage room and a cinema room.

When renovating the Orlik building, we tried to preserve its atmosphere and respect the timeless design of the rooms. At the same time, we enhanced the decor with high-quality furniture and accessories. They include legendary designs by Roman Modzelewski, le Courbousier and Antoni Citterio. We have chosen our favorite posters and kilims for furniture, mainly from Scandinavian and Spanish brands. In a word - we have a really good design here, but it is tasteful and in the right concentration.

In addition to Orlik, there are also 2 other houses in Łęgucki Młyn: Mewa and Czajka. We are in the process of modernizing them and will put them into service in the future.

We have a very well equipped kitchen. Even a professional chef who visited us noticed that nothing was missing in it. If you want, you can use it and cook yourself, and even come with your own chef.

We can also offer you meals from a catering company with which we have established cooperation. This is our beginning, so the offer will certainly change and shape depending on the needs of guests. Ask us for details.

First, we will tell you about what is available on site. And you can do a lot, in groups or alone - in moments of rest from even the best company.

For social entertainment, we recommend:
– evenings and afternoons in the living room, e.g. with good food and wine,
– sauna sessions (PLN 700 per weekend) and hot tub (PLN 700 per weekend),
– yoga classes in the room,
- canoeing,
– games, e.g. boules or badminton,
– bicycle trips, winter ski tours or forest trips,
– screenings in the cinema room in the basement, but only in a few months (it's still being built).

And alone you can:
– go SUP swimming,
– order a massage (PLN 250/1 hour),
– go cycling (will be there),
– read in the living room or among the greenery in the center.

We can offer you many sports attractions. Some of the equipment is on site, and nearby, in Łukta, there is the Regional Development Foundation, with which we have established cooperation and from whom you can rent more equipment - if, for example, you run out of bicycles or kayaks.

We are located in the Tabórz Forest Protected Landscape Area. The area of Łęgucki Młyn (7.5 ha of land) partially overlaps the nature reserve - a beaver refuge in Pasłęka. The river is the natural border of the center's area, from the west and south. To put it simply: there is nothing in the area, and the nearest buildings are located on the other side of the road, at Lake Isąg. You can count on privacy and unregulated access to nature, including private access to Lake Łęguty.

Near:
– beavers live in the above-mentioned Ostoja Bobrów reserve on the Pasłęka River: currently there are over 70 beaver families – maybe you will be able to see them?

– there is Lake Isąg, if you don't have enough Łęguta – Isąg is larger, you can sail around it by kayak, and there is a silence zone on the lake, so the surface should not be disturbed by motor boats,

– there are forests all around – if you had the ambition to walk through them, you may not be able to, but you will probably get to know at least some of them during your walks – we will be happy to lend you Nordic walking poles,

– there is Olsztyn, and there is definitely no boredom in Olsztyn; you can go for a walk around the old town, the beautiful university campus by the lake or for a good coffee at Bless Coffee Roasters,

– there is Nowe Kawkowo with all its artistic atmosphere, a gallery where you can drop by for local art and coffee, the Lawendowe Museum at Lawendowe Pole and atmospheric agritourism places to visit along the way,

In nearby villages, the Art in Obejści festival takes place every year - often at the end of September, sometimes at the beginning of October. The action takes place in Nowy Kawków, Szałstry, Pupki, Godki, Węgajty and Skolity. As the name suggests, art is viewed in the farmyard. The entire area turns into a rural gallery, and in addition to watching backyard and home exhibitions, you can go to handicraft workshops or a concert.

Children are welcome in Łęgucki Młyn. They can swim under your supervision in the lake, watch beavers on Pasłęka or you can go on a trip around Masuria together. We have equipment for handling babies, which we provide free of charge.

We are great for work-locations (checked!). In the living room you can use a huge table for shared work (18 seats), while the rooms allow for convenient online conference calls. There is a desk in each room. All rooms are within Wi-Fi range, and the Internet is provided by Elon Musk himself - we use Starlink® with a speed of up to 250mb/s.
