At a glance

Apparently, it was in the loggia of the lower apartment of the Orlik Villa that Gomułka most enjoyed sitting down with a cup of coffee. In the 1970s, shortly after his removal from power, he spent his annual holidays here. "Mushroom soup and cottage cheese were enough for him," recalls Stanisław, who worked at the resort for several decades as a steward and gamekeeper. A cow was brought in especially for the First Secretary to ensure there was never a shortage of fresh milk. The government recreation center in Łęgucki Młyn hosted dignitaries of the Polish People's Republic for decades, and it was the only property on Lake Łęguty with excellent conditions for this. It has 7.5 hectares of land with private access to the lake, its own historic 150-year-old hydroelectric power plant, and three villas. At some point, a wooden vacation home made of Siberian pine, a gift from Nikita Khrushchev, brought in parts from Russia, has also been added.

We won't have a cow for you – at least not yet. Instead, we can offer you a stay in a completely new version of Łęgucki Młyn. With meticulous attention to the design of the era, but with our own ideas for comfortable relaxation, we have restored the interiors of two of the resort's buildings: Willa Orlik and Mewa. We have filled them with the design we love: there are iconic designs here, as well as noteworthy new ones. And in these refined spaces, enlivened with a touch of color, you can be part of your favorite group. We invite you to yoga workshops, team-building trips, or work-hopping retreats. We are also available for family reunions, birthdays, and weddings. We will welcome you in comfort and exceptional surroundings – there's nothing around except forest and water, and part of the property lies within the "Ostoja Bobrów na Polskę" nature reserve. Something tells us you'll relax here just as much as the party officials. We're opening a new chapter.

We are not on-site, but friendly help will look after you

The events we organize have always received positive reviews from our friends. We decided to transform our experience into a place where we could invite guests. Kasia has always had a professional affinity for design and aesthetics, while Julek is more into technology and special projects. We hope you'll also appreciate our hospitality and attention to detail. We lived in a concrete world for a long time, but one day we spontaneously decided to move to the Warsaw area. Life outside the city inspired us to delve even deeper into the world of nature. When we visited Łęgucki Młyn, we immediately fell in love and began the renovation. Together, we created the perfect location for group meetings, yoga camps, and sports camps. With meticulous attention to detail, we are constantly improving this unique place.

By car

  • Our address: Łęgucki Młyn 1, Łęgucki Młyn, Masuria Region, Warmia Region, Poland

  • From Warsaw, the journey takes about 2-2.5 hours, taking the S7 route. We recommend driving through Ostróda if you prefer a more comfortable route. On the other hand, a more atmospheric ride along the alleys is possible when you choose the exit from S7 to Olsztynek, and then turn at the exit in America (Olsztynek Wschód) to Morag. Unfortunately, this road is quite potholes, especially in the other direction, which means that you have to watch out for oncoming cars. From the Tri-City, it also takes about 1.5 hours to reach the S7. This time also the exit to Ostróda and in Podlejki turn left to Łukta. When you cross Pasłęka, the property will be on the left (big green gate). From Olsztyn it will take 25-30 minutes (the road to Ostróda). We have one place for charging electric cars, which is located next to one of the buildings. It is an external contact with a single-phase voltage of 230V, powered by alternating current (AC). Unfortunately, we do not have a charging plug and we leave this to our guests. The price for this service is settled on the basis of consumed kWh.

Mamy nadzi...

Cudowne miejsce! Tu wszystko się po prostu zgadza! I ta dbałość o szczegóły :) bardzo miło zaskoczyła nas pani witająca gości domowa szarlotka! Uroczy gest!

Każdy dom i przestrzeń wykończona z dbałością o najdrobniejszy szczegół. To mój kolejny pobyt tutaj i z pewnością jeszcze wrócę!
