Hi! This is Jagoda and Maciek. We invite you to the Bieszczady Mountains, to the picturesque village of Lutowiska. From scratch, from the proverbial nothing, we built here with our own hands, beautifully situated Zagroda Magoda with a view of the mountains. The homestead consists of several wooden huts located on a large, over one hectare plot. Two cottages: Magoda and Bojkowska welcome tired wanderers, thirsty for rest and exhausted by work, in need of a reset from everyday life, nature lovers, peace and quiet. The third, Wołoska, is our home. We have open doors for you, comfortable rooms, fireplaces, soft sofas, a large library, the most beautiful view from the terrace in the Bieszczady Mountains. Shed for yoga or various thematic workshops. We also have delicious meals made of rural products, a good word and humor. Who are we and who will feel at home with us? We are always ourselves and we are certainly not infallible. We like to talk, talk about the Bieszczady Mountains, and we know a lot of interesting stories. We also like to listen. We like to take care of people, cleanliness at home and ecology. So if you are looking for a place where you can reset yourself in silence, under the starry sky, forget about your troubles for a moment, move your stagnant body, calm your thoughts, spend time with other people who respect your needs and privacy, then it is very possible that we are for you. In return, we also expect respect for us and our pets, other guests and a place that will take care of you.

Here Slowhop will describe your place

Jagoda
In 2004 we came from the city to live in Bieszczady. Since then, we have moved two huts - Magoda and Wołoska, and renovated the third one - Bojkowska hut. Saving old, regional huts has become our passion. Maciek does all the work himself. In 2016, Jagoda's book "Chata Magoda. Escape to the countryside. We live here, work, rest, take care of our animals, adopt retired dogs and enjoy every day. The Bieszczady Mountains have been delighting us for almost 20 years and we never get bored.

In Zagroda we have two houses for rent - Chata Bojkowska - for exclusive use and Chata Magoda with 5 rooms. The third house is occupied by us - the hosts and our dogs and cats. Chata Magoda - we rent rooms in it, you can also rent it as a whole. The cottage has a large living room (60 m2), with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs, a table for 12 people and a media corner (music player, TV screen, CDs), tea and coffee corner (various types of coffee and tea, kettle, tap with water, cutting board, cutlery, plates, cups, sugar) fridge with freezer, recycling bins and containers, library with books about the Bieszczady Mountains, guidebooks, maps. There are also 5 rooms with bathrooms in the cottage: - Sunny for 2 people, - Anieli for 3 people, preferably parents and a child, - Chinese for 4 people, - Cat for 3 people, - Fifth for 2 people. The bathrooms are equipped with: a shower, a washbasin and a toilet, a hair dryer, towels (1 bath for each person and 1 for hands per bathroom. It is possible to use additional towels for an additional fee), hotel soap, shower mat, toilet paper. The house is wooden, so we warn you that wood "works" with air humidity, the floor creaks and the door may close more or less easily. This is not due to a construction defect, but to the characteristics of the material. Chata Bojkowska - rented exclusively. The original cottage, built in the Boyko style, is over 100 years old. In 2011, it underwent a general renovation, thanks to which it serves guests with all comforts throughout the year. We tried to keep its original appearance as faithfully as possible. Of course, like in an adapted wooden house, the floor creaks. From the windows of the cottage there is a beautiful view of Tarnica. The cottage is rented in its entirety for a maximum of 6 people. It includes: - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - a living room with a fireplace and comfortable sofas - dining room with fireplace - fully equipped kitchen. In front of the cottage there is a parking space for 3 cars. In the bathrooms you will find showers, sinks and toilets, towels (one bath per person and a hand towel - one per bathroom), hotel soap, hair dryers. Our dogs and cats live in Zagroda. If you want to come to us with your own pet, dog, cat, rabbit, guinea pig or stick insect, you are responsible, as everywhere, for their behavior and safety. Please clean up after dogs, report any damage, look after the animals so that they do not pose a threat to others and do not disturb other people in rest. The costs of the damage caused are covered by the owner. Please bring your pets' favorite bedding with you because we do not agree to sleeping in bedding. If you forget to take bowls for food or water with you - no problem, we will be happy to lend you. We do not agree to leave dogs alone in rooms for several hours. We do not "supervise" the dogs in the absence of the owners. We have our jobs. We love animals very much, but if you have a behavioral problem and the dog is aggressive or noisy, then take into account that other people in the cottage want to rest and rather choose a date when you will be the only guest of the cottage.

Here Slowhop will describe the sleeping arrangements. If you want, you can also fill it in or edit the text.

At any time of the year, we recommend: - from spring to autumn, bicycle routes await cyclists, in winter cross-country and downhill routes are available for skiers, - Konkret cinema in Zatwarnica, - open-air museum, museum of icons and collections of works by Zdzisław Beksiński in Sanok, - cemetery in Lutowiska, - ecomuseum around Lutowiska, - visits to the galleries and studios of Bieszczady artists, - ceramic workshops, - the possibility of buying Bieszczady products (wicker, honey, preserves, tinctures), - an indoor swimming pool in Ustrzyki Dolne or in Czarna (SPA), - observation of stars in the Bieszczady sky (shows and workshops), - extremely picturesque photo locations, - a visit to the bison farm, - Trail of the Bieszczady Orthodox Churches, - outdoor horse riding, - Bieszczady narrow-gauge forest railway, - cruises on the Solina Lagoon, - picking mushrooms, raspberries and blueberries. I have very good news for dog owners visiting Bieszczady. Three routes have been made available in the Bieszczady National Park, which you can go with your dog without paying a fine: - the route from the Wyżniańska Pass to Bacówka near Mała Rawka, - routes in the San Valley from Tarnawa Niżna to Dźwiniacz, - from Bereżeki and Nasiczne to Przysłup Caryński. These are beautiful scenic trails. In addition, we recommend routes outside the Park: - to the Jeleniowaty peak in Muczne and then to the highest observation tower in the Bieszczady Mountains - from here there are beautiful views of Bukowe Berdo and Tarnica, - hiking to the Sine Wiry reserve, * to Małe and Wielkie Jasło from the side of Cisna, - to the top of Korbań with a lookout tower - here you can see Połoniny and Lake Solińskie from above; - trail to the top of Dwernik Kamień - my favorite. - walks around Lutowiska, e.g. to the Otryt range, - Hulskie reserve, - a cave in Rosolin, - Gołoborze reserve, Rabego valley, - Duszatyńskie lakes, - from the pass over Roztoki to Okrąglik and Jasło, - to Lopienka, - to the Jaworzec Shelter. And many others.

There is wi-fi in the yard, in the living room in Chata Magoda you will find a large table and peace to work, and if you prefer to work in the bosom of nature, a comfortable terrace will be the best place. The cottage is a guest house, so the common space is shared and you can meet other guests in it. In the summer it will be more crowded, in the gray and white months it will be quiet and peaceful.

How do I get there?

Icon Car

Our address: Lutowiska 27a, Lutowiska, Bieszczady Mountains, Poland

Translated by Google Translate.

Lutowiska is located halfway between Dolne and Górne Ustrzyki and you can reach the village easily using a map or car navigation. Unfortunately, the navigation in Lutowiska does not work and it happens that it directs our guests to a place located a few villages away from Chata Magoda. Therefore, in order to avoid getting lost (our huts are not located on the main road), please use the attached map of Lutowiska (you will find it in the photo gallery). Access to the Wołoska cottage is the same as to the Magoda cottage.

Spędziliśmy kilka jesiennych dni w cudownej Chacie Bojkowskiej.
