On a 5 ha plot, with the shoreline of Lake Pozezdrze, we have only two houses for you, including one already ready to relax. We are opening the second one for guests in the spring of 2023. The total area of the plot is 5 hectares, and the fenced part on which the houses are located is approx. one hectare. However, the fence is not tight, so dog owners must keep an eye on it. Anyway, they must keep an eye on them anyway, because the lake is open all year round, around the clock, so water-loving quadrupeds can run into the depths imperceptibly. Then take it, man, wipe it down, several times a day. So you already know that there are only two houses, that they have an unobstructed view of the lake (the best one, because the biggest one from the living room). You don't know yet that there is a jacuzzi on every terrace, that the terraces are huge and you can relax on them (in the summer they basically turn into a garden lounge). We also hasten to add that at your disposal is: - private jetty, - gentle descent to the lake, - roofed summer kitchen with pizza oven, grill and cast iron cooker, - water equipment, - places to hide in the garden (hammocks, deckchairs). The houses are identical, so no matter which one you choose, the layout will be as follows: - on the ground floor there is a large, glazed, two-story high living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace, - an integral part of the living room is the dining room with a large, solid table, - from the living room you will go to the open kitchen with a kitchen island and stools, - there is also a toilet on the ground floor, - and a double bedroom (the beds can be combined into a double or separated into two separate ones), one could say a master bedroom, with a glass bathroom with a free-standing bathtub. Beautiful stairs made of an old demolition board will lead you to the first floor. It is located here: - a mezzanine with a rest and work corner, there are comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a desk, - from the mezzanine you will enter two rooms, - one with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds, of course with a bathroom with a shower, - the second with a typical double bed and a bathroom with a shower that belongs to it.

In addition to a well-equipped kitchen in each house, a summer kitchen awaits you in the garden. As the name suggests, it is most convenient to use it in the summer, when the weather conditions allow you to sit at a long table, knead pizza dough, cut ingredients and fry scrambled eggs in the morning. The kitchen is covered and has: - pizza/bread oven, - Grill, - a cast-iron kitchen where you can cook delicious broth, scrambled eggs and maybe fry sweet pancakes.

Both houses have their own jacuzzi on the terraces, the view of the lake can be seen from the couch, and the fireplace warms even cold hearts. You have about 30 steps to Lake Pozezdrze, because our plot is large (the fenced part is 1 ha, and behind the fence we have another 4 ha). And this is already known in the lake - you can go winter swimming when it's frosty, swim basically all year round, whatever you like, splash in the summer, sunbathe on the pier. We have our own pier, so you will feel like you are on a desert island, because there are almost no neighbors (there is one about 150 m away). There is no beach, as there is grass on the shore, but you can easily put a towel there. In summer, there is also water equipment waiting for you at the pier - bicycles and kayaks. You can ride a bike to an island in the lake or go crazy and explore the length and breadth of Pozezdrze (area 130 ha, length 2.2 km, width 0.8 km). Kayaks will be useful for going on a beautiful cruise. Our lake is located on the kayaking route of the Sapina River, which connects Kruklin, Patelnia, Gołdapiwo, Wilkus, Pozezdrze, Stręgiel and flows into Lake Święcajty. It is 35 km long in total and of course you don't have to cover it all, especially since kayaking on lakes is different from kayaking on river sections. For example, you must remember that in lakes we always sail close to the shore, with the bow facing the wave, and in unfavorable conditions we do not go out into the water at all. We recommend paddling towards Lake Wilkus, and then through the Przerwanki Lock to Lake Gołdapiwo. Sailing through the lock is an interesting change on the rafting route. If you take your bikes with you, you'll have a lot of fun. There are plenty of nice bicycle routes around, e.g. the Masurian Bicycle Loop (approximately 300 km of routes completed in the summer of 2023, connected near Węgorzewo with Green Velo), Mała Pętla Mamr, Pętla Węgorzewska or the Great Loop of Lake Stręgiel. In the evening you can bake a homemade pizza, but like in a trattoria, in the bread oven in the summer kitchen, throw something on the grill grate and cook compote on a cast iron plate.
