You can reach the blue house on Lake Janowskie from Brodnica by taking the route to Olsztyn. A kilometer after Wielki Głęboczek, turn towards Brzozie, and then let yourself be carried away by the winding road to Janówek. Our pride is waiting for you here, which we called a telescope due to its shape. The house opens onto the lake, and its minimalist interiors are filled with Asian accents. We brought the idea for round windows from Japan. Glass circles decorated traditional tea pavilions - chashitsu. We were enchanted not only by their appearance, but also by their symbolism. The wheel adopted Zen Buddhism as its hallmark. And in the Brodnickie Lake District, everything is conducive to achieving inner balance. You will contemplate and find blissful peace in 3 bright, spacious bedrooms (including one on an open mezzanine), in the living room with a panoramic window or on the terrace, which is almost as large as the house itself.
You can get used to relaxation and rest here without haste or with lightning speed - jump on a bomb from the pier, play a game of ping-pong and again rush to the lake, the shore of which is 50 meters away. This scenario of events is most often realized in our children. The unhurried life of adults takes place here during yoga practices (sometimes even in bedding), sitting with coffee on deckchairs and sessions in the sauna, after which the braver jump straight into the embrace of the lake.
We have one rule: full freedom of rest for everyone - adults, children and dogs. Just be warned that even Swiss watches lose track of time here.
Make yourself comfortable in this blue house with a minimalist interior inspired by travels to Asia. It's nestled in the middle of a forest, on the shores of Lake Janowskie, the longest lake in the Brodnica Lake District. It boasts 150 meters of shoreline, an infrared sauna from which you can jump directly into the lake, and a distance of 50 meters from the terrace to the waterline.
We called this 75 m² house "Luneta" (a lunette) because it opens onto the lake.
The house has 3 bedrooms designed to accommodate 8 guests:
– a double bed (160x200 cm),
– a double bed (140x200 cm) on an open mezzanine above the living room,
– two beds (140x200 cm) upstairs (a travel cot can be added here),
Additional sleeping space for two people is provided by a large, fold-out sofa in the living room (140x200 cm when extended). Our blue house can accommodate a total of 10 people.
You will also have at your disposal:
– a 60-square-meter terrace with a spectacular view of the lake,
– hammocks, loungers, pouffes, garden furniture,
– a double kayak and a stand-up paddleboard,
– panoramic windows overlooking the lake or the forest and fields,
– a spacious, bright living room with a kitchenette,
– two bathrooms,
– a TV and Bluetooth speaker,
– a selection of books and board games.
On a 13,000 m² plot, the telescope is located next to our other houses: the Family Lodge and the Bird Lodge. However, the cottages are separated by a considerable distance. Each cottage has its own parking lot, a kayak, and a stand-up paddleboard.
You are welcome to bring your pets. Your four-legged friends will be free to enjoy the charms of our property and its space. Please note that our property is a forested area by the lake and is not fenced, so you may not be alone. Encounters with deer are possible.

We offer you a kitchenette equipped with everything you need, even for larger cooking. Charming tableware will be just the dot over i.
However, we assume that you may be more willing to sit on the terrace than to train your master chef skills, so you will be able to order dinners that our hostess will prepare for you. You must notify us of your request the day before. The menu includes e.g. stuffed cabbage (meat or veggie), pork chops, pancakes, veggie meatballs and several types of soups. We can also prepare a camping dinner for you in the open air and serve food from a cauldron (bigos or pea soup). We will share a link to the full offer in the news. You can also order food with delivery from the Shari Sushi restaurant from Brodnica.
We would like you to have the opportunity to taste local delicacies, fresh fish straight from the lake and cider, which tastes best when drunk on the terrace. You will be able to buy all these products in our nearest area, we will share the details.
We recommend a trip (you can by bike) to the Głęboczek Vine Resort SPA hotel, where you will most likely melt over exquisite dishes and Polish, Italian and Spanish wines from the Płochocki family vineyard.
Janowskie Lake is the center of relaxation and social life, and the most successful form of spending time is combining a daily dose of boredom with a portion of active rest. How about mornings with coffee drunk on the pier, which is 50 meters away, evenings by the fire on the shore, trips to the other side of the lake, new challenges such as testing your strength on a SUP board? All this is at our fingertips.
Your everyday life may also include:

When the weather plays tricks, board games that are waiting at home can come in handy. Although it is falling from the sky, swimming in the lake is also a unique experience. And after the rain, be sure to check if there are any mushrooms in the surrounding forests. If, on the other hand, you feel like swimming in a swimming pool, such a possibility is offered by the nearby hotels: Głęboczek and Kalchem.
Children experience carefree moments with us and have the opportunity to tick off many points from their wishlists (even if these dreams were created quite spontaneously, under the influence of all the power of attractions that we have to offer them here).

Attention! The stairs leading to the mezzanine are Roman duck stairs, they are quite steep and you will have to keep an eye on the little ones.
