We never planned a lake house. It's the lake house that planned us out.
From a walk around Lake Kałębie, out of a deep pine forest, he suddenly emerged. It looked like something out of an American movie called "The Lake House" and it was really big. It choked us all, because who would have expected: the end of the path, the house, and behind it a lake as wide as the sea. In front of the house stood an Indian totem, three meters high and a baby blue Mercedes "Pooh". Inside lived a married couple who raised many generations of "Indians" from the People's Republic of Poland: Monika and Zbyszek. When we knocked on the door, they said that they used to organize forest camps for children, but the children are gone, and three hectares of forest away from everything is not the best idea for a peaceful old age.
Now we are here. We would like to invite you to a house by the lake in the middle of the forest. At first glance, everything is the same, but believe us, we have added what we should not miss in the 21st century. There is only a forest around, in front of the house a wide view of the lake, called the Kociewie Sea. In the morning it is worth getting up for the sunrise, and in the evening make a bonfire. We invite you for Indian holidays with children, windsurfing courses and group workation. For holidays with family and slow weekend with friends.
Note: for big parties and celebrating with a bang, choose another place. We invite you to disconnect from everyday life and full of slow.

For over two years, we have been renovating a 50-year-old house in Bory Tucholskie together, which we now share with others. We were captivated by the charms of Kociewie, amazing sounds of the forest, sunrises over Lake Kałębie, which we are in the immediate vicinity of. We like to spend every free moment here and we successfully pass it on to friends and family. Now it's the turn of the new guests!

Mirror of Water is a year-round holiday house on Lake Kałębie. A house with direct access to the lake, a long coastline, its own forest around. Natura 2000 area, there are no roads, railways or troublesome neighbors in the area. A purification for every city dweller. No possibility to organize events.
What do I find on the spot?
