1. Before checking in, the Tenant is obliged to accept the house: check the furniture, windows, sanitary facilities and other equipment. The Tenant is obliged to immediately inform the Landlord or an authorized person about the need to make repairs or visible defects in the house, but before the commencement of use.
2. The lack of comments from the Tenant regarding damages within 3 hours of issuing the keys means that the Tenant has no objections to the entire facility.
3. There is a total ban on smoking tobacco and other stimulants in the house and other buildings. Violation of the ban results in an ozonation fee of PLN 2,500.
4. Smoking on the premises of the property, outside the buildings is allowed in the place designated for this purpose.
5. On the premises of the property it is forbidden to light fires in places not designated for this purpose, leave open fires unattended, use irons, cookers and heating devices other than those included in the equipment, as well as other devices that may cause a fire hazard.
6. Users of the grill, fireplace and bonfire are obliged to extinguish the fire (i.e. not leave the fire burning overnight or after leaving the premises) and leave the premises clean after use. Firewood and wood for the fireplace are available in the rental price in a limited quantity (specified when handing over the keys).
7. The tenant is obliged to segregate waste in the described containers.
8. The landlord is obliged to maintain and return the house in a non-deteriorated condition, taking into account the normal use of the facility and the area surrounding the house, leaving clean rooms, washed dishes and kitchen equipment and sanitary facilities.
9. It is not allowed to use devices in the house that may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, gas burners, electric blankets, etc. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell into the house.
10. The Tenant is obliged to properly secure the property, i.e. to carefully close all gates, entrance doors and windows before leaving the property and to store keys so that unauthorized persons cannot access them.
11. The Tenant may not transfer or make the house available to third parties.
12. The house is intended for use by 14 people. The presence of a larger number of people in the property must be preceded by the consent of the Landlord. The presence of a larger number of people without arrangements will result in the termination of the agreement without a refund for the unused period of stay.
13. Only guests reported by the Tenant are authorized to permanently stay on the property; however, children and adolescents under 18 are allowed to stay on the premises only under the supervision of adults. Persons who are not Tenants, but are staying on the premises at the Tenant's invitation, are obliged to leave the premises by 10 p.m. The Tenant is responsible for them, including for their compliance with the provisions of these Regulations.
14. The Tenant is permitted to park vehicles weighing up to 2.5 t on the premises. The car park is free and unguarded. The Landlord is not liable for the loss, destruction or damage to these vehicles or property left in them.
15. The Landlord is not liable for temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers, e.g. temporary lack of media, including water, electricity, gas or telecommunications services.
16. If the Tenant significantly disturbs the peace and/or property of neighbours and does not comply with generally applicable standards of social coexistence, the Landlord reserves the right to terminate the Tenant's stay in the house without the right to payment for the unused period of stay.
17. If, as a result of a breach of the night silence from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., the Landlord, an authorised person or another person is forced to call the Police for a justified reason, the Landlord has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without refund for the unused period of stay.
18. The Lessor does not accept animals in the house (only 1 small dog).
19. Access to the lake and water activities and the use of floating equipment are the sole responsibility of the Tenant. The Lessor does not verify the Tenant's skills and authorizations to use water equipment. The bathing area is unguarded. The Tenant is responsible for their own safety and the safety of minors.

21. The Lessor has the right to terminate the lease agreement immediately, retaining the full amount due for the lease, in the event of a gross violation of these Regulations or damage caused by the Tenant.
22. The Tenant undertakes to comply with internal regulations regarding the use of the tub, sauna and jetty and other equipment for which the Lessor has provided these documents.
