In the summer, people come to us with a separate stomach for blueberries, because on the nearby trail to Małe Jasło, a man wades in them up to his knees. You can also pick blackberries - our place gets its name from them, because three walls of the plot are overgrown with their bushes. It's best to take jars with you and make jams with the addition of wild strawberry, which also grows behind the fence. In winter, after skiing and cross-country skiing, it's best to warm up in a tub under the starry sky and warm up with shakshouka, which we will serve you for breakfast. And regardless of the season: here you can admire the view of Łopiennik stretching from the windows and terrace, meet travelers who love these mountains and draw good energy from the place, which we feel as strongly as our famous yeast.
We were lured to Przysłupie by our parents, who have been coming here regularly since the scout camps. Once they spent 10 New Year's Eve in a row in the Bieszczady Mountains. Finally, they decided that it was high time to move to their own place and let others come too. They bought land, and Monika and I built a guesthouse on it: Dom Malowany. Today, apart from him, we have a forest nursery in Przysłup and it is there that we built the house Na Jeżynowej Polana, to which we invite you. It stands in isolation, among trees that we planted ourselves, and civilization does not creep between the terrace of the house and the gables. It is the most protruding house in the village towards the mountains. Herds of deer and hares flit past the window, mushrooms push themselves onto the plates in autumn, and in order to be on the trail, all you have to do is go behind the fence. Here you are not only in the Bieszczady Mountains, you experience them here. We invite you.

They left everything and went to the Bieszczady Mountains... Yes, it's about us! We have been the lucky ones for nine years now and, together with our parents, we have been running the Painted House. We love nature, silence and lack of rush. We plan our own time and even though we shift into fifth gear in the summer season, we never complain. We draw energy from simple activities - picking blueberries, blackberries, mushrooms, shorter and longer walks with the dog, evenings with a book on the terrace under the Bieszczady sky. Moreover, we love cooking and we never take shortcuts! We will treat you to the best of everything: from scrambled eggs with red peppers, through yeast cake made with homemade eggs, to bread with lard (also vegetarian :)) from a real bread oven. And for the evening, we will invite you to the Russian banya, where, sipping field nettle tea, you will relax and fully feel the atmosphere of our beloved mountains. See you!
