This is the kind of corner of the country to which people escape from Krakow, because of the cleaner air, more beautiful views and a different, certainly calmer life. We speak from experience. We packed our bags and moved to Ciekocin to fulfill our dream. About the garden smelling of phloxes, purple garlic balls and sun-heated resin, designed by Michał. In a fenced area in the forest, 5 km from the most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea, we have everything you need for unhurried rest:

Each house has 3 bedrooms. The difference is that the 8-seaters have an additional fold-out sofa in the living room, and the 6-seaters have a non-folding sofa.
On the ground floor:
- fully equipped kitchenette,
- dining room with large table and chairs
- a comfortable sofa (*foldable in sea, forest, meadow and sun houses),
- TV with access to Netflix,
- WiFi (Starlink satellite internet),
- wood-burning goat fireplace,
- floor heating,
- bathroom with shower and bathtub (washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board).
On the floor:
- three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds),
- mezzanine with a net for lying,
- toilet
- air conditioning.

Each house has its own kitchen, so you can cook. We recommend taking bicycles and making a trip to the nearby pubs. Ewa Invites as an obligatory point of the program!

Our sea is quiet. There are no towns and villages directly above it, so we avoid all the hustle and bustle. You come here fully aware that sometimes you have to walk through the forest, sometimes you have to go by car or bike or gallop on horseback. The reward is a beach with white sand. There are several excellent beaches in the area:
- Stylo beach,
- Słaszewo beach,
- Lubiatowo beach,
- Ulinia beach with the sunken wreck of the German ship "West Star", which in 1971 got stuck on a sandbank during a storm. At a distance of 200 m from the shore, a mast protrudes above the sea. It's a treat for divers and a local attraction.

Take into account that we have about 5-6 km to the beaches. You can get to the beaches by car, but most of them still need to walk a few hundred meters, sometimes even a kilometer or two. This is why the beaches are almost deserted.

You can also go on a beautiful route along the Baltic Sea by bike. EuroVelo 10/13 (Route R10) starts in Świnoujście, runs through Ustka, Łeba, Puck, Tri-City to Elbląg.

On the way to Stilo Beach, be sure to deviate from the route and visit the lighthouse. The lighthouse can be visited from May 1 to September 30. After climbing several hundred stairs, the reward will be unforgettable. View of the forests, sea, dunes. In the lighthouse you can visit an exhibition of paintings and learn about the work of lighthouses.

Walks in the area are idyllic. Cows on pastures, huge tracts of meadows, cranes, dunes or the Choczewskie Cisy Nature Reserve. You will find it near Sasin, about 3.5 km from the cottages. Entrance to the reserve is forbidden, but it is possible to drive or walk along the shoulder of the road running by the reserve.

Now that we've mentioned the dunes, let's get to the specifics. In the nearby Lubiatowo you can take a walk through the "desert". The white dune was created by the wind from light and velvety quartz sand. Walking on the dune is a surreal experience. The second one, Duma Łącka, is further away, 25 km from us, in the Słowiński National Park, on Lake Łebsko.

Along the way, on Lake Sarbsko and vice versa, on Lake Żarnowieckie, you can try your hand at windsurfing and kitesurfing. It blows specifically, the water is shallow and sweet, and there is little traffic.

The pine forests surrounding us are full of mushrooms. You can go in search of butter mushrooms, boletes and porcini mushrooms on your own, or let specialists take care of it. In Borków Lęborskie, 8 km away, you can take advantage of the offer of the Runa Leśnego Village, which organizes games and activities in the field (looking for signs, bonfire), mushroom picking, selection of the mushroom picking king, and an educational part.

For a horse riding lesson, you can go to the Ciekocinko Horse Stud near the Ciekocinko Palace or to the Jackowo Manor.

After a day of attractions, you can bask in the sauna, relax in the jacuzzi, do a workout in the pool or take a nap in a hammock. In the evening, it's time for a barbecue on the terrace and sweet doing nothing.
