1. The house is located directly on Lake Tałty. We have a private beach and our own 25-meter pier. This brings us to point two:
2. You can even swim here. You will moor your boat at the pier.
3. How many houses do you know from which you can directly set off on a cruise along the Great Masurian Lakes?
4. Sauna. A cedar sauna right on the shoreline, overlooking the lake. Included in the price of your stay. This requires no comment.
5. Have you seen this terrace where you can eat breakfast or read a book on a swing all day long?
6. The house is really comfortable. From the road side it looks like a grandmother's cottage with wooden shutters, but the interiors are as if a hotel of the "Biały Lotos" chain had opened on the Tałty River.
7. Look at that huge window in the master bedroom. You will wake up with this view.
8. We have kayaks, motorboats and pedal boats for you. Such a private rental.
9. Do you remember that scene with the bench in Notting Hill, with Julia Roberts lying on Hugh Grant's lap? You can play it on a bench by the water.
10. We will accept a maximum of six of you. This way, everyone will have a comfortable space for themselves.
11. Mikołajki is 4 km away. If you want to take a break from cooking, you know where to look for good food.

We invite you to a year-round exclusive house on Lake Tałty, in the village of the same name, 4 km from Mikołajki. Colorful sunsets at any time of the year are an everyday occurrence here. They can be admired from the living room, bedroom, terrace, as well as the sauna or the pier. This is because our plot has ... its own coastline. A private beach will be at your disposal. So you can moor your boat at the pier and set off on a cruise along the Great Masurian Lakes Trail at any time.

The house is fenced, has a ground floor and 1st floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a TV. Postcard 13 can accommodate up to 6 people:
– in a bedroom with a double bed,
- in a bedroom with 2 single beds,
– on the mezzanine for 2 people.

Air conditioning is invaluable in the summer.
There is a separate parking space on the premises of Widokówka 13. Monitoring increases the sense of security.

The superbly equipped kitchen invites you to cook to the highest standard. You'll be amazed at how convenient it is to prepare meals on vacation. We have everything you couldn't even imagine! There's a Thermomix, a food processor, a coffee machine, a milk frother, a toaster, a broiler, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a juicer, and an outdoor electric grill.

You can enjoy your meals in the dining room with a table for six or on the terrace. There's also a stone grill in the garden, which we encourage you to use.

If you're planning a holiday away from cooking, you'll find many worthwhile restaurants in Mikołajki – located just a stone's throw from Tałty – you'll find a few of our favorites below. In the summer, you can also visit a neighborhood seasonal bar or fish fryer.

If you want, you can get bored while enjoying the lake view, lying in a hammock, or sitting on the dock with your feet in the water. Boredom isn't a problem even in the bedroom! You could stay in bed all day and gaze out at the Masurian landscape. However, if you do decide to, be sure to try the cedar sauna. You have our word that a sauna session right on the shoreline, overlooking the water, is a very relaxing experience.

For those who prefer a more active lifestyle, we offer a pedal boat, two kayaks, a rowing boat perfect for fishing trips, and a motorboat (for an additional fee).

The price includes two kayaks and a year-round Finnish jacuzzi on the lakeshore.

This, however, is just the beginning of Masurian pleasures. In fact, it's hard to get bored in our area: the location of our house is worth making the most of.

"Mikołajki is a charming Masurian town, and while it's not the slowest destination in the world, it's certainly worth visiting. If you enjoy that kind of atmosphere, you'll find shanty concerts, the Borderland Culture Festival, and sailing regattas. Mikołajki also offers excellent opportunities for kayaking, windsurfing, and motorsports. The town lies on the isthmus of Lake Mikołajskie and Lake Tałta, on the Great Masurian Lakes Trail. It's a junction of navigable routes from Giżycko, Ruciane-Nida, Pisz, and Ryn. If you're sailing, we won't say more."

"The Mikołajki area is a pleasant way to explore by bike, and you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops. Experienced cyclists can take the scenic route around Lake Ryńskie or Lake Łuknajno, home to Poland's only mute swan reserve." It's worth taking a break on the shores of Lake Śniardwy near Folwark Łukajno. The Bełdan Loop, running through the Pisz Forest, is also attractive.

- Perhaps you'd like to paddle? It's worth taking a kayaking trip down the Krutynia River, which flows through the Masurian Landscape Park, and strolling through the Pisz Forest. You can also take a ferry to Wierzba and Popielno.

- We also recommend simply exploring Masuria: its towns, villages, castles, and fortresses. Reszel and Święta Lipka (sanctuary, fortified castle, and gallery), Giżycko (Boyen Fortress), Gierłoża (bunkers from World War II), Wojnowa (Old Believer village with a monastery and an open-air photography exhibition as part of the Wojnowski Festival of Photography), Krutyń (home of the Masurian Landscape Park), Owaczarnia (Masurian Museum), and Pranie (Galczyński Museum and summer music stage) are all waiting to be discovered.

– If you enjoy being close to nature above all else, check out the Łukajno Lake Nature Reserve (home of waterfowl), the Wild Animal Park in Kadzidłowo, the Deer Farm in Kosewo, the Polish Horse Reserve in Popielno, and the Masurian Landscape Park, located in Krutynia.

The biggest thing with us is that you can sleep on the mezzanine, which is accessed via a ladder from one of the bedrooms. Can you imagine? You can also hide there from the whole world (or simply from your parents) and deal with various very important children's matters. We also have a swing on the terrace, pedal boats, hammocks and a lot of space to spend time outdoors. Just keep in mind that we are right by the lake, so staying with kids here will require your attentiveness and responsibility.

Wifi works well enough for us to be able to work. There is a desk in one of the bedrooms, but you can also spread out your laptop at the large dining table, on the sofa, or even at the kitchen table. What anyone prefers. There are also beautiful conditions for a break from work ... and return to it with charged batteries.
