Leśna Przystań

It is modest, cozy and nothing is missing. You can relax here with a view of the Pieniny and Gorce Mountains, drink coffee on the sunny terrace, and in the summer listen to the bleating of sheep that graze behind the fence. We have a large area around the houses, so you can spread out with breakfast in the gazebo, you can eat on the terrace, you can picnic behind the houses. Both cottages have the same room layout. Upstairs, two separate, lockable bedrooms are waiting for you. One with a double bed with a view of the Gorce Mountains, with a lookout tower in Lubań. The second with two single beds. This bedroom also has a fairly large wooden balcony overlooking the Pieniny range. There are quite steep stairs to the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living area with a kitchenette, table, sofa, coffee table and TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower downstairs.

Although we have no neighbors in sight, Przystań is not in the middle of nowhere. On the contrary, within the reach of a walk, bike or a short car trip lies the whole wealth of the Gorce and Pieniny. Depending on the season and snow conditions, there are plenty of activities. You can: - Take a 20-minute walk to the Gothic wooden church of St. st. Martin in Grywałd, erected in the second half of the 15th century. - Take bikes on the trunk and go from the Marina to the most beautiful scenic bicycle routes in Poland - around Trzy Korony, Velo Dunajec and Velo Czorsztyńskie Lake. The Velo Dunajec mountain loop is a little over 40 km long, with little car traffic and runs through Krościenko nad Dunajcem - Szczawnica-Lesnica (Slovakia) - Lesnicke sedlo - Velky Lipnik - Haligovce - Cerveny Klastor - the Dunajec gorge - Krościenko nad Dunajcem. The bicycle path around Lake Czorsztyńskie is not quite a loop, because the authorities of the Pieniny National Park did not agree to set the route in the park. But, you have to manage somehow, so you can do as most cyclists do, i.e. use water transport running between the castles in Niedzica and Czorsztyn. Dunajec and Halny ships, i.e. large vessels (approx. 100 passengers), which, thanks to the upper deck, provide beautiful views. An alternative are gondolas called Czorsztynianki - much smaller, but running more often. Bicycles can also be rented at Lake Czorsztyńskie. - If you like history, it's nice to visit the castles in Czorsztyn and Niedzica, on the beautiful Lake Czorsztyńskie. It is only 8 km from the Marina. On the same lake, it is also possible to rent kayaks or SUP. - Get on foot or by bike Lubań - the top of the Gorce Mountains, where there is an observation tower, from which you can see the Tatras and Beskids perfectly. From Krościenko, go to Trzy Korony and Sokolica. - In winter you can go skiing, the nearest lift is Czorsztyn-Ski about 7 minutes by car, then Ski Resort Palenica about 16 minutes by car. - Go on a trip to the Red Monastery in Slovakia or to Wielki Lipnik, from where you can return to Grywałd through Sromowce and Hałuszowa. - Rafting on the Dunajec River with rafters (rafters marina 15 km) - it is quite a tourist and commercial attraction, but whoever has been on such a rafting trip knows how much fun it is: the strength of the raftsmen and their stories are as impressive as the nature around.
