At the foot of the Jizera Mountains is our farm - Folwark Wrzosówka. It has a panoramic view of the Karkonosze Mountains, a charming location in the Valley of Palaces and Gardens of the Jeleniogórska Valley and a lot of attractions that await both big and small. At the time of purchase, the farm was a complete ruin, a crumbling old former German farm with an amazing view and rich history. After endless renovation works with the help of the entire family, friends and local craftsmen, the buildings slowly came to life. An indecent amount of years have passed since then until we decided to use the potential of this place and adapt it for short-term rentals and engage in broadly understood tourism. Want to learn more? Come and read, because in the summer of 2021 we will publish a book about its creation (it is available in each of the rooms during your stay). Currently, Wrzosówka is our whole life. A place created with great passion, love and even greater dedication. We are glad that we saved it from oblivion, thanks to which the tiny village in the middle of the forest gained a property that is now teeming with life thanks to guests for whom it becomes their own home for a moment. Despite the many needs that we have taken care of on site, our guests most often call "luxury" a view without any buildings nearby, huge spaces providing privacy, soothing silence, a relaxed atmosphere, intimacy and the invaluable power of nature and the childlike joy of being among a variety of animals. However, what distinguishes us the most is a very extensive offer of attractions, both year-round and for any inclement weather, which means that neither children nor teenagers nor adults get bored here unless they want to. The architecture of Folwark Wrzosówka is a combination of natural materials such as stone, brick and wood, while its interiors are as expressive as from old legends told in hushed voices around the fire. You will also find amazing culinary facilities here and get to know our own, tiny factory "Słoikowo", i.e. modern preserves with surprising flavor combinations, which are our work from seed to harvest or from semi-finished products delivered by people who have not yet forgotten that you need to talk to vegetables : ) And the best thing is that you can take everyone with you here, including a dog, a cat, a crocodile :) We are in the Jizera Mountains, specifically at their foot in the village of Kłopotnica, at the junction of three borders and cultures... but don't think, that we live at the end of the world... this is its beginning.
Folwark Wrzosówka is an old house with a soul, with apartments, rooms and many attractions worth remembering. The new project is "Czarne Barany" modern houses with a view. Additionally, we have renovated the Culinary Studio for workshops and tasting dinners for groups, the "Owczarnia" barn for parties and weddings, and we have built a wooden cottage by the pond where our Forest Spa is located. The farm is also the building of an Eco Farm with a breeding of Wrzosówka sheep, from which the name of the place comes.
The heart of the Farm is wild like its pastures, forests and areas where animals live freely - all this is our endless inspiration.
