Near Vilnius there is a place where it is good to take a break from the city, breathe in peace, and admire the wild nature. Time doesn't fly here, but slowly floats by, as if in no hurry. For many decades, this land has not been inhabited or cultivated, and only the inhabitants of the forest feel at home here. When we saw this place for the first time, we succumbed to its charms and realized that we wanted to live here. Without any experience as a builder, with my bare hands, I started building our dream cabin myself in the winter. I proposed to my friend right here, who visited the construction site almost every day with thermoses full of hot food. This is how the story of the Luna Hut began…
The hut was built in an effort to damage nature as little as possible. It is completely off-grid - it produces its own electricity, cleans sewage and pumps water deep underground. Guests who visit us,
claims to have felt an all-encompassing sense of peace during his stay. There are no neighbors here - only wild animals.
