The most beautiful time in Masuria is spring. The middle one or the end, when the yellow rapeseed fields seem to have no end. You can see them from the terrace of our house. When you look to the left, you will see forests. The waters of the lake sparkle in front of you, and when you go for a walk, you will be surrounded by fields and meadows. This landscape is Masuria in a nutshell, hilly, dotted with lakes and charmingly peaceful, although it is quite close to Giżycko, Mikołajki and Mrągowo. 16 people, both large and small, can relax under the roof of our house. Here we have a handy lake on which you can sail a boat, a pier on which you can lie comfortably, and a bench for contemplating nature. And a few minutes' walk away, there is another lake where you can swim. To make the spacious house more enjoyable, we added a fireplace and a piano to the interior, and so that you can fully immerse yourself in pleasures - there is also a sauna and a hot tub in the garden. Active entertainment will be provided by a volleyball court, a fireplace and large deckchairs, and for children with excess energy - a playground.

It will be good for you to have a larger group here, gather yourself and come.

We have a house for you at Lake Szymonek, which includes: 5 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and comfortable sofas, connected to a dining room with a large table and a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, and a terrace with swings, a sofa and a coffee table, providing a view. to the lake and forest.

Sleeping arrangement:
– three bedrooms with double beds,
– bedroom with a double and single bed,
– bedroom with two double beds and one single bed.
An additional place to sleep is a fold-out sofa.

On a large plot of 3,500 m², you will have at your disposal: a hot tub and a sauna (for an additional fee), a barbecue, deckchairs, a playground for children and a well-kept garden with fruit trees and bushes.

We have direct access to the intimate Szymonek Lake, which is covered by a silence zone. This is the middle part of the Great Masurian Lakes Trail, but although we are only 15 km from Mikołajki, it is quiet and intimate. However, you will not be alone here - we have neighbors, so please respect others and do not disturb their peace. Night silence outside applies from 10 p.m. We also ask you not to organize large parties here.

We leave you with a large kitchen equipped with everything necessary for culinary adventures. However, if you like slow mornings and you don't mind getting up in the morning to prepare breakfast, we have a solution for that. We leave you a menu with breakfast sets at home. In addition to home-made cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, bread and fruit, you can choose a warm dish (the options include scrambled eggs, frittata, shakshuka, baked beans and pancakes). Children may like waffles. There are two rules: you order meals the day before and they must be for at least 5 people.

In the quiet Masurian village of Ławki, located on Lake Szymonek, we have a house for a large family or friend group that will provide fun for both children and adults. A large, green garden will delight you with its fruit goodness during the season (help yourself to cherries, apples and grapes), provide the pleasure of communing with greenery and provide entertainment in the form of a spa area with a hot tub and sauna, as well as a playground for children. You can also enjoy sunbathing on deckchairs, playing volleyball and grilling delicacies. And in the evenings we recommend lighting a bonfire.

From our plot you will have direct access to a clean lake, over which we have a pier with a bench and a rowing boat, and from the 2024 season, you will also have a pedal boat at your disposal. However, Lake Szymonek is more for contemplating nature than for swimming in it, but don't worry, the nearest lake that is perfect for swimming and fishing (Lake Ławki) is about 8 minutes on foot from the house. If you plan to go fishing, remember to provide the appropriate certificate (we can help organize it).

It is worth taking a walk around the area to experience the quintessence of Masuria. We are surrounded by picturesque hills, forests and fields where rapeseed blooms in spring. There will be 3 bicycles waiting for you on site, which you can use to explore our sites.

– a rural beach in Ławki with a volleyball court, a pier and a gazebo where you can have a picnic,
– Rudowiecki Las, where you can go for a walk or a bike ride,
– stretches of fields and meadows with trickling streams,
– the picturesque port town of Ryn, located between two lakes, with an old mill and a Teutonic castle, which today houses a hotel and a restaurant with modern Polish cuisine,
– unknown and slowly disappearing from the landscape, guard mounds around Ryn,
– the well-known Mikołajki, full of restaurants with live music and a view of the port,
– a little further, the equally famous Giżycko, the largest city in the region.

Children will find themselves in the spacious interior of the house - there are single beds in the bedrooms, we also have a travel cot. There is also a playroom waiting for them. Outside there is a lot of green space, a tub that can be treated as a swimming pool and a playground with a house, trampoline and swings. The youngest have a lot of fun learning the secrets of the lake from the perspective of a boat (Lake Szymonek) and splashing in the water (Lawki Lake). It is worth going on a trip to the Wild Animal Park in Kadzidłowo, less than 30 km away.
