Siedlisko Belfort

Siedlisko consists of two independent houses: the House of the East (for 7 people) and the House of the West (for 6 people). Both are located in a beautiful L-shaped garden with trees. The houses are located on a plot so that everyone has their own part of the garden and the intimacy needed to relax. Each of them has a terrace or terraces, a place to park cars and independent entrance gates. House of the East Pater is a large open space: - a fully equipped kitchen with an island, which is separated from the living area by a half-wall with a double-sided fireplace. - the living room (two storeys high) is divided into zones: a lounge area with a sofa, an armchair, a TV set, a coffee table and a dining area with a large table, - from the living room you can go to the covered terrace with tables, armchairs and even two swings, - on the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. The stairs lead to the mezzanine: - there is a common area with a sofa bed and an armchair right next to the bookcase, from which you can enter - bathrooms with a bathtub, - two bedrooms with a king size bed and a balcony. In one of the bedrooms there is a ladder leading to the mezzanine under the ceiling - with a 140cm mattress. The house can be entered from two sides - from the road and from the garden. House of the West The ground floor is divided into two parts: In one of them there is a sauna, a place to rest with a sofa and swings, as well as a shower and access to the terrace, with deckchairs and a tub with cold water. This part can be entered independently from the yard, you can also get here from home. The second is the living area - a living room with a fireplace connected to a kitchenette and a large fold-out dining table, - the living room has a beautiful tiled fireplace, - on the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with access to an intimate, private terrace, - bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine: - a common area with a sofa bed, - toilet, - bedroom - double (larger than the one on the ground floor) with a private balcony. The sauna in the House of the West is available exclusively to the guests of this house. If you rent Dom Wschodów, and during this time Dom Zachodów will be empty, you will be able to use the SPA zone after prior arrangement.

Make yourself comfortable in the land of lakes, in Kashubia, near the Wdzydze Landscape Park. If you know these areas, you know what to expect. If this is your first time, prepare yourself for stunning beauty, silence and an unusual density of water per square meter. We highly recommend getting to know the area, e.g. on bikes (there are 4 tourist bikes on site), but we won't be surprised if you don't move further than the terrace, garden and the nearest lake Schodno, i.e. within a radius of about 3 km, during your stay. And you know what? You don't need much more. Because in this radius we have: Lakes - Schodno (10 minutes by bike) - at the campsite, at the mouth of the Wda River, you can drive up by car, gentle descent to the water, grassy shore, - Bielawy, - Slupinko, - Slupin, - Wdzydzkie (about half an hour by bike). Canoeing, e.g. on the Wda River from Lipusz (about 10 km from here). Żabiński Błoto Ecological Site, which is a few hundred meters walk from the houses. It is a swamp surrounded by a forest on which a wooden footbridge is built. It is among this vegetation drowning in the pond that frogs have their breeding and mating season. You can come here to listen to a frog concert and soak up nature. And besides? Terraces that effectively ground you on warm days and evenings, a mini hearth for a bonfire in the garden (Dom Zachodów) and a large place for a bonfire in a clearing on the other side of the road, by the forest (common to both houses). We have a modest neighborhood. One summerhouse behind a fence (but you won't see each other thanks to the trees and plantings). Other houses are 200-300 meters away. The House of the West has a sauna, a relaxation room and a cold tub on the terrace. Exclusively available to guests of this house. If you rent Dom Wschodów, and during this time Dom Zachodów will be empty, you will be able to use the SPA zone after prior arrangement. And when you feel that it would be good to commune with civilization: go to the cinema, concert or restaurant, 1.15 hours by car and you are already in the Tri-City.
