Tarninowe Wzgórze

At Tarninowe Wzgórze you can relax in one of 3 large apartments or one of 2 intimate rooms. Each of them has its own balcony or terrace, from which there is a view of the green slopes of the Beskid Niski. The common area of the house is a large hall, where we serve meals, and a terrace with chairs and tables, from which there is a beautiful view of the surroundings. There is also a children's corner with toys and games in the hall. For fans of games, there is a PlayStation. In the comfortable armchairs, you can read books from our library. The hall is also adapted for conducting lectures and conferences, there is a projector at your disposal. Outside, in the well-kept garden, you can spend time together by the swimming pool (heated in the summer season), under the barbecue shelter or in the sauna, where sauna nights are held every weekend by qualified sauna masters. We have a volleyball and football pitch. Good news for large groups: our house, which can accommodate up to 33 people, can also be rented exclusively. It is a great option for celebrating a family event, a friends' reunion or an integration trip. We are surrounded by forests, the Przysłupianka River flows below, and we have almost no neighbors (the nearest of the few is 300 m away). This is our own end of the world in Kunkowa, and for the local community in Leszczyny, because a few years ago it was Leszczyny.

You will always receive tasty buffet breakfasts, available for an additional fee. We buy white cheese, eggs, butter, milk and goat cheese from local farmers. We also bake our own bread. As for lunches and dinners, we prepare them only for groups that rent the entire house. Magda's mother dominates the kitchen then. She cooks at home and takes into account your organizational needs - you can agree on what time the meals will be served. The apartments (i.e. Towards the Sun and Towards the Forest) have well-equipped kitchenettes where you can cook your own meals. The rooms (Sielski, Anielski and Leszczynowy) do not have their own kitchens, but you will find cutlery, plates, cups, coffee, tea and glasses in them. A barbecue hut in the forest gives you the opportunity to feast until dawn. The fireplace made by Magda's dad makes grilling and cooking easier. It is possible to make soup in a cast iron pot or a casserole in a cauldron on a separate fireplace.

We'll put it bluntly: Tarninowe Wzgórze is great for family holidays. Both parents and children will find something for themselves here, and the comfortable, large apartments will create comfortable conditions for a joint vacation. Couples who don't mind the neighbors in the building will also find a place here, but appreciate the well-thought-out infrastructure, pleasant standard with additional attractions and proximity to trails. SAUNA The biggest attraction of our place, apart from the beautiful, secluded surroundings and comfortable conditions, is our sauna, which goes hand in hand with a high sauna culture. We belong to the Polish Sauna Association, and Wojtek is a certified sauna master. Every Saturday we organize Sauna Night Ceremonies. Our team consists of 7 sauna masters who prepare unforgettable experiences for our guests. Such a sauna night is true relaxation combined with a show. It is accompanied by music, beautiful scents of natural essential oils, snacks in the relaxation zone, as well as tips on how to sauna properly. From 19:00 to midnight we enter the sauna 5 times, during the break we rest in the cozy relaxation zone, helping ourselves to delicacies. You can then eat a grilled sausage. The cost of participation in the Sauna Night is PLN 130/person (the sauna can accommodate 12 people). For individual groups we organize exclusive ceremonies (PLN 1200 for the whole thing). There is also a hot tub in the forest at your disposal. You can spend an atmospheric evening in it surrounded by candles and moonlight. There is a separate tank with cold water next to it for cooling. The cost of a session is PLN 550 for the first one and PLN 200 for each subsequent one. There are picturesque hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity. Importantly, they are also not demanding - after all, this is the Low Beskids. Therefore, both will also be good for trips with children. If you love 2 wheels, check out the Multicultural Cycling Trail. It leads from the Wysowska Pass through Blechnarka (tourist border crossing with Slovakia), and then along the route: Wysowa-Zdrój – Hańczowa – Stawisze – Śnietnica – Brunary – Florynka – Wawrzka – Podchełmie – Grybów – Siołkowa – Stróże – Polna – Szalowa – Wilczyska – Jeżów – Bobowa – Sędziszowa. We have 18 Giant MTB mountain bikes at your disposal, in various sizes. Helmets and seats are also available. For the youngest fans of 2 wheels, we have a 2-person Thule bike trailer. The price of renting a bike is PLN 70/day. Klimkówka Reservoir You can get to Klimkówka, a reservoir created on the Ropa River, in 15 minutes. It is really worth it, because the reservoir is picturesquely located – between forested hills. It is also not overly crowded, even in high season. You can rent a kayak or water bike here, try kitesurfing or windsurfing or go fishing. In Regietów, 16 km from here, there is the Hucul Stud Farm "Gładyszów", the largest stud farm of the Hucul region in Europe. It was here that the horses that appeared in the films "With Fire and Sword" and "Pan Wołodyjowski" came from. In October '24, an educational trail was opened, which you can enter a few steps from our house.
